  If I could go back 2 days ago I would change walking into this lazy lying location. I brought my GMC in for a windshield replacement and they threw a fit that I had polyurethane around the outside of my windshield as a preventative measure to stop wind and water from coming in. The shop informed me that my car would have to go to a body shop to get the windshield replaced and that my cowl since it had glue on it was ruined per them. Now one shops opinion doesn’t matter much to me but at the point they reported to my insurance that I had damage on my car it became a much larger issue. After an hour worth of phone calls I got my insurance to let me get a second opinion with Glass America, and in case you are wondering my windshield was replaced today no problem. Through this process I was told my car had body damage to the point they couldn’t work on it, then when asked what the damage was they informed that they didn’t even look at it. They claim they didn’t touch my car yet it was moved from where I had parked it for drop off and if you didn’t touch my car then how can you claim it had body damage? Lie after lie at this location. I don’t trust the manager, the blonde headed rep that kept insisting “he has done this for a long time” or the receptionist lady that backed these lying men. Not to mention I am waiting on the before photos of the claimed “damage” because after picking my car up the side of my car had sustained damage either by their technician or on their lot. I am leaving this review not for this shop or this company to earn my business back but to help future people avoid this awful careless location.

  When I called and set up the appointment, I asked will you be able to complete the work on my vehicle remotely and I was told, absolutely. The tech came, he was nice and did his job be he did not have the right equipment to finish. He said he drove to the shop and they said they could complete it there and that they were ready for me and could have it done quickly. So I took my truck to the shop gave them the keys and waited. I waited over an hour and then went to the desk and ask how it was going, she got someone and they said they did not have the equipment to finish. I was only told this after being there over an hour and I had to request the information. I was told they would have the correct machine in the morning and to bring it back. I asked if anything could be done for me and was told they could not make that decision. I left and called customer service and explained the situation and they got the manager on the phone and I asked him, what could be done. He said he could not make that decision but would find out. The next day I went back and the vehicle was finally finished. I asked again, no answer but they would find out. I was either lied to or your staff is incompetent by every person in your organization. I have emailed customer service only to be ignored and I am sure this will be ignored also.
