  I arrived 10 minutes late for an appointment at 8 am due to storms and trees being down causing traffic to be rerouted. Despite there being available appointments all day to schedule, I was told I would need to reschedule for a different and was met with a very rude attitude and no sympathy.

  The installation was fine and making the appointment was great. Its been the fact of trying to get in touch with someone because I was overcharged. We are on week 2 going on 3. Multiple emails, multiple calls and did receive 1 call back finally saying credit would be issued. I was credited the whole amount and then charged even more on the next charge! How can any business or person think that is okay??? I wouldnt put any stars because of the horrible customer service!

  Excellent staff the girl who installed my Tesla windshield did amazing and the calibration guy was also fantastic.. definitely recommend because of those 2 alone wish I could remember their names.. thank you

  Had An appointment at 8 to 12 they said they’d be there by eight said I’d be the first person on the list then called saying they could not come to my house made some excuse so drove to the store where they told me to go. Had to sit here for approximately six hours even though they said they would get it in right away should’ve used a different company Say what you will do do what you say

  In my experience, from start to finish was a great experience without any complications. My windshield broke on Thursday and it was fixed on Saturday. I love the mobile repair option because I’m a caregiver for my mom so I could still be there for her needs and take care of business. Thank you!
