  I would not recommend this company they are very deceptive. I was quoted 242.00 online and choose to pay in full . They did not take that payment up front. After my appointment they where charging me 356.00 plus dollars then a few days later after contacting them about they where trying to get out of it then turned around i caught another charge of 17.00 plus . I was told not yo call back because i was raising hell about these charges and their deceptive practices.

  I shattered my rear window and didnt think a repair would have been possible over the weekend. I scheduled the appointment on Friday for Saturday and it was taken care of as promised. First class service.

  I made an appointment for a Saturday but I over looked the spot of making an appointment so I did the drop off I have an older vehicle and they did good quality work they could have been dishonest and replaced my wipers even though I had good wipers on it but they wasn't dishonest they refunded me the money back I was disappointed that they couldn't put the rain repellent on I wish they would have let me come back and do it for me later I have another appointment and this coming Saturday to replace the windshield in my other car I will let you know how my next service goes I set an appointment this time so I'm sure it won't take as long as the last time update it wouldn't let me write another review so I have to add to this one I just had my second windshield replaced at this location they did a fabulous job on my car like they did with my SUV they even put my K tag on my new windshield that impressed me I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and they immediately put the car in the shop and I was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend this place all the stuff that I met and spoke to are courteous and nice.

  Friendly, efficient, exactly what you want! Booked an appointment online with a quote that connected directly to my insurance company to repair a crack from a rock in the road (no charge). It was really prompting me to add a new set of wipers but I thought I’d hold off because it would make it over $100. I waited about 30-40 minutes in the waiting room after the service member told me there would be a scar and that the repair isn’t 10000% guaranteed to stop further damage, it would greatly reduce it. I’m so impressed with how great the crack looks now. I barely notice it while driving. I was also told that I would not even need new wipers either because of the location of the crack so that’s great. Thanks!

  I’ve used SAFELITE twice now & they did a great job. They came out to my workplace the first time & my home the second time. This last time they came out they had to calibrate after replacing the windshield. I have a Cadillac XT4 with all the bells & whistles. We’ll, I couldn’t get my intermittent or my automatic mist wipers to work. I just thought it was me not having my wipers set correctly. I took it into the Cadillac dealer for a routine checkup. They informed me the sensor for my wipers was damaged during the replacement repair. So here I am trying to reach a actual human to talk with. Everything tells me to go the the website to schedule an appointment. I tried to do a chat & it’s telling me to type “AGREE”. I asked back “AGREE to what?”. I’m not agreeing to anything without knowing all the details to what I’m suppose to agree to to just wanting to talk to a real person. My car is in the shop & I don’t have a way to stop by Safelite to discuss this matter. This is a $710.00 fix. I shouldn’t have to be the one to pay for this. Frustrated to say the least when you can’t just call the store & talk to real human.
