Walked in to get new front and back brakes. They were running a special where if you buy rotors, you get the pads for free, or for an extra $10 you can upgrade the pads. i was looking at the screen and asked which ones were the upgrade options, as it did not say, and was met with the response "if you can't read, i don't know how to help you". I was half tempted to walk out the store then and there, but I needed brakes so i decided to buy them here anyways. Boy do I wish i hadnt. I was able to change my back brakes no problem, but when I took the front brake caliper off, and put the new pads in, they overhung the rotor my about an inch, so only half the pad was rested against the rotor. Obviously this was not right, so i called them asking if i brought my original brake, could they look at it, and get me a different set of pads that would fit my car. "Man, i just look at the computer. If you were given the wrong part, thats your fault for not checking. I can probably get you a refund and you can find something somewhere else. I can't help you". Isn't helping a customer get the right part the only reason this store exists? And also, "might" be able to get me a refund. You sold me the wrong part...
Safe to say I would never enter this store again, even if my life depended on it.
