  I rarely leave 5 start reviews but Salina Subaru wined and dined me like a 5 star hotel! The GM Jayme Hoover personally delivered a brand new rental to me and even offered to buy me a cold drink! They did all the footwork on my insurance claim and had me fixed up the following business day. They even did a complimentary vehicle inspection to make sure I wouldn't be left stranded again anytime in the near future! Id highly recommend this location in Salina ks. Top notch! Thanks Guys!

  Prices have gone up tremendously. Had cabin filter changed and noticed later that a $16 up charge for some kind of air freshener was added. I've never used that before and wasn't asked about it.

  Service Department is tops!! More than once they have taken care of us on random electrical issues. Appreciate their quick service and expertise!

  If I would have gone to Southern Oregon Subaru my car would have come back washed. Sadly not in Salina. Plus a piece on the front is popped out and I would have thought someone would have noticed it and popped it back in. The recycle container in the lobby was overflowing. I just have a sense of shoddy work being done. You have to care about the little things. Go to Southern Oregon and you can see the difference. I’m used to being treated better.

  Great experience. Scheduling quick and accomidating. Quick diagnosis and detailed explanation of issues. Provided 2026 Forrester ( model i brought in). Let me take over night and Im 40 miles away. Made recommendations of preventive maintenance needed with costs. But no preasure to do them. Everyone was friendly and accomidating no preasure from any salesman. I was very impressed. My bill was $0. Under warranty. Still trated me great.
