  This place quoted a $5000 repair bill on my mom's subaru. An oil leak and some front end work. She went and got a second opinion which quoted her around $2000 for the repairs. She decided to try one other person she knew. The end cost to fix the problems was $109. Money was trying to get away with a $4900 mark up. Most likely because they assumed because of her age she would be an easy target. They will never see any of my families business again and I hope this behavior catches up to them and karma does what she does. Disgusting company in my eyes now.

  Cannot recommend Tyler enough! Not only did he find me exactly what I was looking for, he went out of his way to bring the car in from another town to let me test drive. He was friendly, helpful, informative, and made sure I got everything I asked for when making such a big purchase. Zero pressure and open communication through the whole process.   I was very happy to be able to make an appointment so quickly. I switched to Wichita after years of coming to Salina. It took weeks to get in. This appointment was my first in at least a year. Austin was a delight. He was informative, wrote out specifics to help me understand the servicing, etc. As far as I tell, the work that was done is good. I will be back.

  Salina Subaru listens to their customers. They are up front about work that needs to be done, work that should be done, and work that can wait. They are also very thorough and efficient. I do not live close to Salina Subaru, but I choose to have their team service my Subaru because of how I am treated and the quality of their work.
