    Not good location reserved a car in advance, 30 min before my reservation they call me and say there is no car available and not even give me some other option they just cancel reservation

    Reserved a car through their website— which determines availability for the dates entered. Showed my options and I made my selection, receiving a confirmation number for my reservation via email, only to receive a call 10 minutes later relaying they have no vehicles available at the Salina location. Why doesn’t their own website update that there are no available vehicles, instead of allowing you to make a reservation and send you a confirmation number? The caller (Thomas) relayed their booked status and I thanked them for calling. It is odd their online reservation system lists rentals available when in fact there are no rentals available. Perhaps, it’s time for a software update.

    Took forever to check out. Had hidden fees that weren’t disclosed online or even at the rental place. Got a charge two weeks later for more money. I personally will not go back to enterprise. Bad customer service and hidden fees.
