  Rude as heck. I take 6 vehicles here for oil changes definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

  The guys were super pleasant, but they do not carry the brand of oil i use and do not allow people to bring the brand of their preferred oil. First place I have heard this ridiculous rule from, but its a definite no. Some oils are better than others. I use one brand and one brand only in my vehicles.

  There’s something not quite right about this place. They are outrageously overpriced to the point it feels dishonest.

  Gets the job done quickly but super overpriced and the employees are incredibly unpleasant.

  Very mixed on this. When they first became Strickland Brothers, I took my car and it was so overpriced, we didn't go back. My husband normally does the oil changes, but he was out of town, so we took my daughters car about a month ago. Great experience, 25% discount for her working for the schools. Last night we took my son's car. They couldn't get the oil filter off and told us to take it to a mechanic because if they broke it they didn't have the means to fix it. That was fine, but as soon as we pulled out of the garage, his oil light was on. We parked an went and got the guy from inside. THEY DRAINED THE OIL AND DIDN'T REFILL IT. This could have been the end of his car. Luckily my son caught the light and we only drove to the end of the parking lot. We have busy schedules and it is always a chore to get an appointment with a mechanic for a simple oil change, drop the car off, pick it up, etc. It would be nice if we could find a place we can ALWAYS trust to do things right.
