I brought my Ford Bronco in for an Oil Change on June 17th 2026. When the tech below was done he forgot to put in two of the fasteners for my skid plate. After I drove off I got on the highway and the plate dropped down and was touching the pavement. When I brought it back they were unable to reattach it with the fasteners as the pavement ground up the plate and destroyed it. They took it completely off and I was told by one tech that I didn't need that part anyhow if I wasn't doing a bunch of off road driving. I told him that I wanted it to be replaced. Later Damion called me and left a message stating that he had ordered it and would call when it came in. I never received a call. A few weeks ago I stopped by the shop to see if it had come in as I was needing anouther oil change and the manager told me that the part was never ordered and he would check into it with the Ford Dealer and get back with me. I never heard back from him. At this point I am just going to have it repaired myself and go somewhere else in the future.

Been coming to this location and I’m generally had a five star service visit Intel today. First off the Technician Slipped and fell on my vehicle. And then I got to look and realized there was oil all over my windshield and popped the hood of the oil all over the engine. The technician pulled the device that was putting oil in my car out before it was done pumping oil. So now it smells like burning oil. Unfortunately, it will probably be looking for a new place to take my car from now on

The staff and service was great! Even though they were busy and new staff was training, they were all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Courtney was great at explaining everything at the end of the service!! I will be back!

Didn’t have the oil filter for my car. They said I could buy it at an auto parts store. Returned with the filter for the oil change. I assumed the cost would be adjusted since I had purchased the filter but it wasn’t. Lesson learned.
