- DJDraya j.2 days ago1.0They Broke my dipstick back in February. told me they'd order one and I could come back to get it. Came back and gave them the name of the person that said to come back and get it. Gave me the excuse that the higher ups" told their manager that they weren't going to replace it because they do too many replacements. Ended up having to put in a claim because they offered 20% off my oil change and oil change indicator hasn't turned off since. Came out of pocket for a rental to go out of town because I didnt feel safe taking my car and anywhere ive went in attempt to get an oil change, they cant do because of liability reasons. Im just out here on a wing and a prayer til the one I ordered get in. Forgot to mention.....I went back when I got back in town so they could check to make sure that an oil change was done and they couldn't check it lol because the dipstick...they broke... was broken and couldn't measure 🙃🙃🙃. All they could say is that they're sorry they cant dont anything. I've been advised to sue them
