- NDNicole DaleJun 13, 20261.0They were nice, however they checked my tire pressure and then put the wrong caps on two of my tires, which caused both of them to go flat in a matter of hours. I had to get a tow and then wait almost a full day to get my car back. The tire place said that they put the wrong caps on my tire valves and thats why they were leaking air.

I also had a 5 month old skid plate that fell off on the highway the day after visiting Vavoline. This isn't the first instance of my skid plate breaking after they did service. And in the past after rotating my tires my tire pressure symbol popped up even though my tires have exactly the right amount of air. They also never remember to reset my oil life on dash and frequently forget the mileage sticker.

They did not provide the oil change reminder sticker for my windshield. I still have the old one from the other Valvoline location. 2. They did not reset the dashboard oil change reminder message on my display. I had to google how to do it myself. 3. They took my email to send me the receipt, which never came.
