  We were in the KC area for a basketball tournament and we had a flat on the interstate. We stopped at Valvoline to get the spare on. Tyler and his team took exceptional care of and did everything free of charge. Not all hero’s wear capes!!

  Very friendly and efficient staff, seems like a very hardworking group of people that were getting everyone moving through quickly and makes getting maintenance done easy and less of a hassle. I’ll be coming back!

  I took my company car in for an oil change. Fleet services called for differential and transfer case service, as well as tire rotation. They come in to tell me that when they torqued the lug nuts on the right front wheel that one miraculously snapped off and two more stripped out. Clearly they over torqued it. Instead of just taking blame and working towards a solution, they suggested it could’ve been the last shop that rotated the tires. Yes, it went 8000 miles with a broke lug bolt and only two holding it on! And then basically were at a loss for what to do because they clearly couldn’t fix it. Horrible.

  Stay far away from this place, they nearly destroyed my engine. I’ve been using this location for several years with different vehicles because the service and price were “good enough.” Never again. This last visit was an absolute nightmare. The two employees were too busy working on their own personal car in the back to actually do their jobs. They made it painfully obvious that I was annoying them just by showing up. Then they didn’t even have the correct oil specification that GM currently recommends for my engine. I wanted to leave, but they had already drained my oil, so I was trapped. To make matters worse, they installed the oil filter so loosely that it was leaking oil all over my garage floor. I was lucky I noticed it before driving. If that filter had come off while I was on the highway, my engine would have been completely destroyed, and this place would have been 100% responsible. I called to speak with the manager a couple of days ago. No return call. No message. Nothing. Complete radio silence. This isn’t just bad service, it’s dangerously incompetent. They put my vehicle and my safety at serious risk over something as basic as an oil change. I will never step foot here again, and I strongly urge everyone else to avoid this location completely. Find somewhere that actually cares about doing the job right.
