- BCBrenton Collins1 day ago5.0Everyone was very nice and they worked super fast. Recommended additional services but did not push and gave recommendations in order to get additional services done in the future.
- JPJeannie Partee2 days ago5.0All the employees were very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I really appreciated their customer service. They were very efficient and had me in & out quickly. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.
- NCnathan collinsOct 5, 20265.0Quickest service I've experienced getting services done
- TBTracy BaldominoSep 21, 20263.0Good oil change on 9/19/26, but the three employees were very upset that the Assistant Manager left early when they were extremely busy. They discussed out loud how "Corp" would never allow them to close a bay. In my opinion, unprofessional discussion with customers listening in!
- KCKAMAL CHIRUMALLASep 8, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Valvoline. I went in expecting the advertised 18-point maintenance check along with my oil change, but it felt like they simply changed the oil and sent me on my way. They did not check my air filter or go through the other maintenance items I expected as part of the service. On top of that, the wait time was much longer than expected. If I’m paying for a service that includes an 18-point maintenance check, I expect those checks to actually be performed and communicated to me. Unfortunately, this visit felt rushed and incomplete despite the long wait. Definitely not the level of service I expected from Valvoline.
