- RGReese GastonJun 22, 20261.0Never coming back to this location. Went for an oil change and waited over an hour in line when there were only a couple of cars in front of me. When I pull up to the bay I sit for another 30 minutes or so while they work on the oil change. The workers did not seem to know what they were doing to my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and said that it was an older Jeep. They told me they were understaffed when I asked them if everything was ok but funny enough there were the most workers I had ever seen at a valvoline. When I got my receipt there were a couple of comments left that I had to ask about before I left because they said nothing to me about them while inspecting my vehicle. I paid $120 dollars and went home. After I pulled into the garage I looked underneath my car and saw a clear fluid dripping underneath. I took my car back to the valvoline to have them check their work and the worker told me it looked like when they poured the coolant in to top me off they spilt it down my engine. Could have at least used a funnel and if they made a mess they should have cleaned it up. I also never asked them to top off my fluids because I can do that myself with my own funnel. They also aired up my tires but forgot to put on the tire cap so I had to replace that as well. NEVER coming back here!

- PCPhillip ChapmanJun 2, 20265.0A little frustrating when I first got there. I pulled up behind bay 2. They moved me to bay 3. But I ended up getting my oil change in bay 1! The wait was a bit long too. However I was very satisfied once I got in. I was there getting my daughter's truck oil changed. It is a 2005 Ford Ranger that is quite rough around the edges. The truck had some issues running that I told them about. It ended up just needing coolant. Shawn topped it off free of charge and reset the computer codes. Now the old truck is running the best I have ever scene it. Thank you very much Shawn! You will get our repeat business!!!
