  Great group of people made our first time buying a car simple, easy, & hassle free. John, Jonah, Dave and many more made this process super easy. They took their time and helped us learn about the car, helped us pick between models. They made this experience great while treating us like family.

  Im from out of state, and knew I wanted to look at Volvo’s over the weekend. I’d been looking online and Silas reached with a phone call. I could tell I was dealing with a professional. It was so nice to show up on the lot and have someone looking forward to showing me what I was looking to purchase. Silas was extremely helpful, experienced, knowledgeable, and most importantly patience. He took the time to show me the features of the vehicle without rushing me through. He made sure I felt comfortable. It felt like you were working with a friend. He has a gift for making the experience feel effortless. The support staff was also very helpful and kind. It takes a lot to teach an “old dog” new tricks. I highly recommend working with Silas and Premier Volvo! You won’t be disappointed!

  In to purchase my fifth Volvo, and every time the experience is more professional, enjoyable, and reaffirming that the staff at Premier is just as high-quality as the cars themselves! I worked significantly with Jimmy, the general manager, who made me feel like the most special customer to walk through his doors. Our negotiations were fair, respectful, and in the end I believe truly a win-win situation. He genuinely wanted to meet all of my needs, and did it masterfully.   An absolutely exceptional car-buying experience — start to finish! I recently purchased a Volvo XC60 EV Vapour Grey Black Edition, and I cannot say enough about how incredible every moment of this experience was. From the very first conversation, General Manager Jimmy Loveland went completely above and beyond. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I found exactly what I was looking for — not just making a sale. It’s rare to encounter that level of care and dedication, and it made all the difference. Then came the delivery, and wow — Tim Holman absolutely nailed it. He presented my stunning new XC60 with a gorgeous big red bow on top, turning what could have been a routine handoff into a truly memorable moment. It felt like a celebration, and that’s exactly what buying a car like this should feel like. The XC60 EV Vapour Grey Black Edition itself is breathtaking — but it’s the people here who make this dealership stand out from the rest.   Shanel at Premier Volvo Cars Overland Park was absolutely wonderful to work with when helping my mom purchase her Subaru Forester. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond for our family. She helped work through the financing to make sure everything was right, held the car for us while we waited for the insurance money to come through, and even personally picked my mom up when the car was ready. That level of care and kindness is rare and made the whole process so much less stressful. We’re very grateful for all of her help and would absolutely recommend working with Shanel!
