So many good things to say about this dealership! The building is clean and spacious, the selection of vehicles is outstanding, etc. However, I really want to highlight their Team. We worked with Johan and would refer other people to him in a heartbeat. But the thing is that everyone involved with our transaction was amazing. They stayed late on a Saturday night to finalize everything and did not show a slightest sign of frustration. They remained helpful, friendly, and smiling throughout the process that was very easy and smooth. We are happy we purchased our new Volvo from these guys!

My family have owned Volvos for years and are deeply disappointed in the service department's response to a serious warranty issue. My car has a needed repair that renders it undriveable, and the earliest appointment available is three weeks out. Three weeks without a vehicle — for a car still under warranty, with a defect that makes it impossible to drive.
I understand service departments get busy, but this is not a routine oil change, and a three-week wait for an undriveable vehicle is not acceptable regardless of how busy a shop is. When a vehicle cannot be driven, it should be treated as a priority, not placed in a standard queue. I was offered no loaner, no interim solution, and no escalation path — just a three-week wait and a polite shrug.
What makes this especially frustrating is that this dealership appears to be the only certified Volvo service center within a three-hour radius of Kansas City. That geographic monopoly creates a situation where customers have no meaningful alternative — and the service response reflects it. Volvo owners in this region deserve better than a take-it-or-leave-it approach to urgent warranty repairs.
I'd strongly caution anyone considering a Volvo purchase to factor in how this dealership handles urgent situations before committing. Warranty coverage means little if the dealer responsible for honoring it cannot accommodate you in a reasonable timeframe and no alternatives exist in the region.

My girlfriend had an absolutely amazing experience leasing an XC40 from Volvo, and the entire team exceeded every expectation we had. Shanel was fantastic throughout the process — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly for us.
Jimmy, the General Manager, was truly phenomenal. We travel often, dine out frequently, and shop quite a bit, and honestly, we have never experienced customer service at this level before. He went far above and beyond to help us through a difficult situation and made us feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to personally step in and help meant more than he probably realizes.
You can clearly see his leadership reflected throughout the entire dealership because every person we interacted with was welcoming, professional, and helpful. Special mention to Tim as well for thoroughly walking us through the vehicle, answering all of our questions, and making sure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving.
This team delivered one of the best customer experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend to anyone considering a Volvo!
