  10/10 supper easy the way they work with State Farm, everything was ready for me and I didn’t have to do much other than pick up my rental and drop it off.

  Enterprise is the way to go when renting a car. I have had less than stellar experiences with other companies. The professionalism, operations and overall end to end customer experience is so much better.

  I had a really good experience renting from this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process easy to understand. I needed a van, and they worked with me to make sure I received the vehicle I wanted instead of making me feel like I had to settle for whatever was available. When I received the vehicle, it was washed, clean, and ready for me. That made a strong first impression because cleanliness matters when you are renting a vehicle, especially one you may be using for several people or a longer trip. I also appreciated how well the staff explained the rental process. They took the time to help me understand everything instead of rushing through the details or assuming I already knew how it worked. Their communication made me feel more comfortable and confident about the rental. Overall, the vehicle was great, but the staff really made the experience stand out. They were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. Good customer service can make a major difference when renting a vehicle, and this team did an excellent job taking care of me. I would feel comfortable renting from this location again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean vehicle and a helpful staff.

  Reserved a “standard suv” Chevy equinox or similar…I called 24 hours in advance to ensure my reservation and size. They didn’t have my size they only had a crossover / mini suv and I told them it wouldn’t be enough for my family road trip. They had large suvs available and he WOULD NOT let me have one without tripling the price. Talked to me like I was stupid even tho I’m a mechanical engineer that works designing vehicles, told me the crossover / mini was a standard size LOL…You gotta make the customer happy I have never written a bad review on Google but this guy earned it. Enterprise has always been so good to me…super bummer. Do NOT use this location

  Don’t believe anything they promise to do. 1) booked a small car then when I got there they said they only have SUV and will charge me higher 2) second time I was promised to be given an SUV but I got there “late” and I was given a small car 3) also they don’t fill up the cars and I am supposed to return it with gas same as I received it, this is just a way for them to get money. How can I measure the gas to return it the way it was, I end up putting more gas
