  When I went to pick up my car, it took about three hours to receive my vehicle. But I completely understand because there were two people in there busting their tails off to get everyone taken care of. I wanna give a shout out to MYA who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond, and made sure to keep the customers engaged on the status of their vehicle. Mya is a hard worker, dedicated, and provide great customer service. I appreciate her

  Arrived on Saturday at 11:03. Door was locked because they were closed at 11. Watched one employee leave and then watched 2 hide behind a desk unwilling to help us with a confirmed reservation that was booked for pickup at 11. Certainly disappointed. Went to hertz which was open 1 hour later to get a cheaper reservation. Would not recommend going unless you are able to pick up prior to the reservation.

  I’ve rented cars for both business and personal travel for many years, and I’ve used Enterprise more than any other rental company. That’s why it’s disappointing to write this review. The problem isn’t that something went wrong once. The problem is that the exact same thing has happened to me multiple times at this location. You can make a reservation, show up on time, pay for an Uber to get there, and still be told there are no cars available because their inventory isn’t updated. At that point, what exactly is the purpose of making a reservation? After having this happen before, I tried to avoid another wasted trip by calling ahead to confirm a vehicle would actually be available. Nobody answered the phone. I understand people get busy, but when customers are repeatedly showing up for reservations that can’t be honored, answering the phone should be a priority. What frustrates me most is the complete lack of effort to help find a solution. No attempt to locate a vehicle at another nearby branch, no creative problem-solving, and no sense of urgency despite the inconvenience caused to the customer. I’ve personally experienced this four different times, and I’ve even seen other customers at this location dealing with the same issue. One bad experience is understandable. Four is not. The last time this happened, customer service told me the branch manager would contact me. I never received a call. This isn’t just poor customer service. It’s disrespectful to customers’ time and money. At this point, I’ve given up and will no longer rent from this location.

  I called someone who confirmed they had cars at this location. Had a pretty inconvenient trip over here only to learn they don't actually have any cars. The closest open location that COULD have cars is 45 minutes away. They continue letting people confirm reservations without actually having cars available.
