  I cannot say enough amazing things about this Enterprise customer service- in particular.. Mya! This girl has the utmost courtesy to all her customers and no problem is ever too big for her. Picked up a rental (they were SLAMMED- and short staffed) and was not the happiest with the interior of my rental. Brought it back the next day and Mya cleaned it all up! Then the following day I got a message that my car battery was about dead. Again, no problem- brought the car in and Mya got a new battery in the key FOB. By the time of drop off I felt like I knew Mya and will truly miss her upbeat interactions.

  Very frustrating and unreliable experience. I called this Enterprise location today and specifically confirmed that a vehicle was available. They took my reservation and told me to be there at 2:00 PM to pick it up. I provided my phone number and email address and received the reservation confirmation directly. Based on that confirmation, I arranged for someone to give me a ride to pick up the vehicle. I later learned that around 1:00 PM they attempted to notify my wife—not me—that no vehicle was available. I’m not sure why they contacted her when I made the reservation and provided my contact information. I understand inventory can change, but confirming a vehicle and then being unable to provide it is extremely inconvenient, especially when transportation arrangements have already been made. Based on my experience, I would not rely on this location for a time-sensitive rental.

  We had, unfortunately, gone to a different rental company to get a car that would fit 7 people. The day before we due to pick it up my husband called to verify. They stated they did NOT have any available. Needless to say we were not happy and when I went to get our refund they were rude and said "if you are not satisfied go to Enterprise across the street!" I took that advice and drove across the street hopefully that they had something on short notice. Your staff was amazing and had 3 options for us! It was an amazing experience and your staff was wonderful. We will be telling EVERYONE to go to Enterprise.

  Terrible experience. I made my reservation two weeks in advance, and they knew the car was not available today but didn’t even bother to call me. I showed up expecting my rental and there was no car. The manager gave no convincing explanation and completely ruined my “birthday plans”. They didn’t even compensate me for my loss. Absolutely unacceptable. “Call them before your pickup because apparently a reservation means nothing”. I would give -5 stars if I could.

  on 1/22/25 I made a reservation for pick up at 2pm. The ynever showed. I was at work. I spent the next 2 hours trying to get ahold of someone. Finally Someone at the reservation center told me how to contact the branch. I spoke to the branch at 105th metcalf. They said the Reservation center did not put in my phone number or used a very old one. They tried to call me. I got in touch and said that's ok can you please send someone I have a funeral. He said due to the reservation center mistake they now don't have any cars left. I then had to leave work early to get to an enterpise by the time they closed to get a car. I had to leave 2 hours costing me $60 due to Enterprise mistake. I got the car at the new location and they charged me there. At the Celebration of life before the memorial I was expected to pay for lunch. My CC was declined. Sometime after the fact Enterprise came in and without authorization took an additional $100 out of my bank account. I am now STUCK at a funeral with no money. I called and spoke to manager. The manager was aggressive, threatened to charge me more money, laughed at the situation I was in. I told her it was not funny. I called back and asked to speak to another manager and after speaking for 20 minutes that manager hung up on me. I called a third time and made them escalate it to a specialist that was above the managers. He heard me out and offered to compensate me for the $100 unauthorized charge because I was stuck. He said someone would call me very soon. It has been over an hour no one called. I am stuck out of town at a funeral/memorial with no money to get back. In all my years renting from enterprise this is the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER rent their. The Escalation manager never compensated me the $100 like he said. I have now been laughed at, lied to, money taken from, screwed up reservation, threatened to be charged more, embarrassed from card declined at memorial lunch. Lost $60 in income.stuck at funeral
