- LLLong3 days ago5.0**★★★★★ Excellent Customer Service!** I arrived at Enterprise expecting to pick up a rental car that my insurance company had arranged, only to find out the location had no record of my reservation. Despite being fully booked for the day, the staff went above and beyond to find me a vehicle and get everything taken care of. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and the car was exceptionally clean. I really appreciated how professionally and efficiently the team handled the reservation issue without making it my problem. **Excellent customer service, great communication, and a hassle-free experience despite the unexpected situation.** I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again. Highly recommend!

- RCRay De La CruzSep 2, 20265.0Have to give a shout out to Ms. Drew….after returning a van I realized that I “may” have left my house keys in the rental….losing those keys would’ve been a tremendous inconvenience and hassle getting replacements. I had already searched twice but couldn’t find them. My daughter in law called, connected w Ms. Drew, who in short order solved my crisis and found my keys!!!! Thank you Ms. Drew for going out of your way to take care of a customer! So appreciate you!! It’s largely because of this great customer service that my family only uses Enterprise.
