  Worst experience ever. I'm a top tier member of National and Enterprise and to arrive at a location to be told that because I arrive over an hour late they gave my car to someone else, this is outrageous. They couldn't even try to make it right by getting me another car. Needless to say I won't be going back to that location and won't recommend to anyone. Can't give less than one star but they dont even deserve that one.

  My friend reserved a car here on-line for the following day, getting a good rate, and she got a confirmation number, but employee Shane at this location called her 10 minutes after she made the reservation to say they had no cars available, although the computer didn't show this but rather confirmed her reservation. Shane claimed the computer can't tell if there's a car available and said no cars were available, but the truth is, as I'm sure he knows, when there's no availability at a location, customers can't make a reservation there and a message comes up and says no availability or booked up. When my friend requested her reservation be changed to the following week with the same rate, Shane was willing to make a reservation for her then but the price was almost double than with the first reservation. When she asked if he could honor the rate at the first reservation, he refused to, saying he couldn't although I know he could. It's obvious to me that Shane didn't like the good rental rate on the first reservation and so he said they have no cars available, although I believe they did. The next day (the day of the first reservation), my friend even got an email confirmation from Enterprise for the first reservation, even requesting an on-line check in, and so they did have cars available but obviously Shane just didn't want to honor her first reservation because the rate was cheap. This is the dishonest and non-accommodating way they treat customers at this location. Shane claimed to be a manager.

  Alex, the manager, is very professional, and he runs his store with efficiency! his staff enjoys working with him, and they all work together as a team! I saw Alex jump out and clean a couple of cars to help out one day! Wow! Not many managers would do that. Solid team at the 78th Metcalf store💪

  Enterprise Rental Agency has always been accommodating and professional when I have needed their services. Their car offerings are dependable and new.

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! I showed up to pick up my car at 1:33pm after having selected 12:00pm OR LATER on their website for booking, got a confirmation call last week, told them I’d be there. Got a million text messages and email confirming my booking after the phone call, I showed up AND THEY DON’T HAVE ANY CARS TO RENT!!! I have a work trip I have to leave for at 6am tomorrow! I made this reservation a month ago, and the employees were no help whatsoever besides telling me that no Enterprise locations on the Kansas side have cars for rent. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
