- DRDurga Prasad Rekapalli4 days ago1.0Do NOT book here if you actually need the car you reserved. I booked a compact SUV in advance, showed up and was told they simply don't have it. Their solution? Hand me a sedan. A downgrade. That is not a solution, that is a failure to honor a reservation. In the car rental industry, when YOU can't fulfill a booking, YOU upgrade the car to customer. Not the other way around. The staff made zero effort to find a better alternative and acted like offering me a lesser car was somehow doing me a favor. It wasn't. Complete waste of time. I will not be coming back to this location, and I strongly advise others to book elsewhere.
