  The location is extremely close to Caliber, which was the best part of it. The staff was friendly, organized, and the whole process was seamless. When my car was finished being repaired, I was able to leave it at Caliber and Enterprise took care of it.

  Guys from Stanley-Overland Park location were extremely helpful and very accommodating.. Enterprise should give them pay raises! Thanks again guys!

  If I can give zero star, this seems to be the worst possible enterprise I can assure you. For almost 2 weeks, I wanted a mid size sedan with decent price, I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage, which was smelling and when I complained about that and discussed about a switch out, they said and have been saying “no availability” since last 3 days. And I have to call them every time to check the availability since last 3 days. They are not doing anything from their end to help a customer. Today afternoon, When calling over phone, they kept me 12 minutes on hold, by that time I reached their office and discussed upfront and saw the phone receiver is kept aside. No one was in front of him. He said he was doing a reservation. How come someone was doing some work helping other customer not physically present , but can keep a calling customer waiting for 12 minutes. Never going to this enterprise. Not helping at all.
