  I have happily used this Burnett’s for ~20 yrs! Charles is an excellent resource, w great customer service, & helps explain any of my questions. They frequently can schedule me within 1-2 days. Their newer (female) staff has done an excellent job helping me decide wc new tire options, refunds, & warranties were best for me! Waiting room is decent to work on laptop, make phone calls & watch tv on comfy chairs or at tall desk. They’ve gone above & beyond honoring any warranty work & are always timely! Convenient location & great working w tow truck drop offs.

  My husband got a quote for my new tires. I had a great experience calling them up, got an appointment the next day, a Saturday, at 1pm. I brought my car in. They were ready for me. Quickly took my key. I walked over to the Starbucks and waited about an hour and a half. Got a text that my car was ready to be picked up. Came back, checked out, paid. The tires were on sale! Great value. Service was kind and helpful every step of the way. Thank you Burnett!

  Needed an oil change and called one place that couldn’t fit me in until the next week, so called Burnett’s in Overland Park. They had an opening at 1:00 pm that day. Took it in and was out just before 2:00pm. No 10 minute job! They took the time to do it right!

  They are extremely honest and don’t try to “sell” extras. They know why you come in for your appointment! Great service & they keep you updated on your service. I don’t go to my dealer for maintenance, I go to Burnett!

  We were on for a 4 hour trip but one of our tires started vibrating after the first hour. We stopped at Burnett and without an appointment they had someone go to their warehouse to get the unusual sized tires we needed and installed them while we waited. Everyone was very nice and we really appreciated their help!
