- JLJohn Lee6 days ago5.0Brought in my 2017 CR-V with an intermittent acceleration issue that was hard to reproduce. They stuck with it, found a cylinder 2 misfire, and confirmed a failed head gasket with a borescope inspection. They even flagged Honda's warranty extension (TSB 26-098) which is covering the repair. Honest, thorough diagnosis — highly recommend.
- SGSteve GloverOct 6, 20265.0I had an ABS module problem that can be very expensive. The real problem was air in the brake line which was identified, fixed, and saved me both money and worry. Their shuttle service was a real help. Great automobile service!
- JHJeff HaddenSep 30, 20265.0Took the escape on for a slow leak by appointment and they had me out of there in 30 minutes. Charged me a reasonable $32. I would use them again.
- MMMark-Alisa MuellerSep 25, 20265.0Consistent product. Recognized other problems and offered fixes. Got my leaking tire fixed fast and at a cost I expected.
- DPDori PriceSep 17, 20265.0I decided to go to Burnett Automotive after having an awful experience with customer service at nearby Goodyear store on 103rd Stateline Rd. From start to finish with making initial call for pricing, making an appointment, friendly customer service, wait time, and repairs completed I am 100% satisfied with how well I was treated by Burnett Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle servicing. It started with speaking to Victoria and she was AWESOME. Totally opposite experience from Goodyear. I truly felt like a valued customer!!!!
