  This was the second flat in a week on different vehicles. Burnett once again worked the repair in despite their schedule being full… great service!!

  Most unprofessional Automotive that I've seen in years. Was dismissed with my claims and talk to like an idiot. They're only goal was to sell me parts. Did Not acknowledge my warranties or acknowledge prorating my tires . John at the front desk was the most unknowledgable and unprofessional technician I have seen in years. His excuse was he wasn't there when I purchased the warranty and tires. What a joke of a location and manager. I enjoyed my visit a year ago when the district manager was running the store. Not today! So I suggest any customers to get a second opinion from anything John recommends. I will be following through with my complaints to higher management and owners if need be. Beware of this location!
