  I don't normally write reviews but I'm not really sure how I feel about this place. It was recommended by my neighbor who swears by them and the guys that work there were really nice... But.im not happy with the way any of this went down at all. I brought my truck in on Monday for a check engine light, oil change, tire rotation, nail patch, and diagnose what a noise was comming from my 2019 Dodge ram limited 150. I had to rent a car for the time it was there and they told me that they would get it in and call me Tuesday. I heard nothing all week so finally on Thursday I called to follow up. They told me that they hadn't worked on my car at all except the oil change. They said they mistook it for another ram that was worked on and finished, mind you I had been renting a car this whole time for like $50/day. They said they would get it in and done by the following day. Car was not done until Saturday. They changed the tire pressure monitors and "cleared the codes" for the check engine light. And told me the noise was due to a rear differential bearings that were bad and I needed to pay 4600 for a rebuilt one, again this is on a truck that was regularly serviced and just a daily driver. Not their fault if that is actually what's wrong... It just sucks for me. My irritation comes with the first part of this story and the fact that my check engine light is still on, the tire pressure monitors are not working right, all of the tires are either over filled to different pressures or under filled to different pressures, not two of the tires have the same or the correct pressure. My truck now shakes really bad when driving on The highway. Now I have to bring it back Monday or Tuesday for them to try and figure out why nothing that I brought it in for, except oil change ( I'm guessing they did this because I don't have an oil change sticker with the new millage but my digital oil life gauge is reset )was actually done.so we will be a full week later for a supposed 1 day job and I will again have to rent a car and take time out of work to go over there and it actually drives worse than before and nothing fixed as stated. Again, nice guys, but having a hard time seeing how this was a good experience at this point ... Pretty frustrating.

  I had a tire gradually going down due to a nail, while it wasn’t an emergency, the folks at Burnett were able to work me in.

  I've been getting my cars worked on at Burnett Automotive for at least the last 7 years. Their prices are reasonable, we've never had any issues with any repairs or tires bought there, they're always on time, they explain things well & they're very easy to work with.
