    It makes no sense. My parents are both ill, I had to rent a car several months ago to travel from Cleveland to Kansas. No problems, 2 day rental. $238. I have been here caring for both parents every since! My mother was put in the hospital last week so I didn't think I could make my daughters graduation on Thursday in Cleveland. Surgery was delayed. So I need to rent a car to make my daughter's graduation. I go onto the Enterprise website, it showing no availability in Kansas for Tuesday pickup and drop off in Cleveland. I tried several dates of return and got sold out on every location. So I decided to call. I told the rep my story and did she care?, no! She told me there were cars available(?)but I would have to rent for 5 days. I would have to pay for it to sit for 4 days! Then the best part, a midsized vehicle, normally around $100/day would instead be a whopping $147/day! Is this a common practice of this organization, to hold vehicles, hoping they can get over on people that are desperate. Do better enterprise!

    A super smooth transaction! I forget his name but when I picked up my car, the associate set up my phone with Android Auto! My car uses a cord. So this was brand new to me. Thanks again!

    Hands down the biggest liars and they don’t take care of the vehicles. Don’t be surprised when they stick it to you and give you a vehicle that will leave you stranded!!! Horrible management and very poor customer service!
