- SOSenna Oneal4 days ago5.0This was my first time getting an oil change without my husband. Bailey was very knowledgeable and educated me with my different car parts. She was very helpful. She did not judge me for not knowing and she did all with a smile and that made my day. I will definitely be back to this Valvoline in Olathe.
- MGMichelle Gonzales4 days ago1.0Today's visit was horrible. An employee came up to my car at 7:50 am and said it would be 10 minute wait. I waited the 10 minutes, then another employee asked me to change lanes because the car next to me had pulled in 10 seconds before me. They said it would be 5 minutes before the car in the lane next to me would be done. 12 minutes went by, and they asked me to change lanes again. The manager, Noah, at one point got an attitude and asked me if I wanted my oil changed or not. You should probably have someone directing people where to park to make it easier on you since this was so stressful for you, Noah. It made absolutely no sense for me to move over 10 seconds, and then to get an attitude. 50 minutes later, finally done and I had to reset my own oil life.

Manager was amazing, he checked my air cabin filter that was a pain to get too and took his time to explain what he was doing, the service was top notch!!

The associate who attended to me when I pulled into the bay was extremely helpful and answered questions I had about my new vehicle. He took the time and explained the services I would need to have done in the future and why they are needed. I will definitely be back with my Explorer and I will share with everyone my experience that I had. Job well done to all of the associates who work in the very hot bays! Keep up th good work!
