I purchased my brand new CX - 5 towards the end of April 2026, and the sales person that I worked with listen to me and did not try to pressure me into something more than what I needed. The gentleman that assisted with the financing was very friendly and joyful While doing his part. Fast-forward to my first scheduled maintenance, and the service technicians were very friendly, and easy to talk to. They did a great job at letting me know the process and were amazing with communication. You can definitely tell that this dealership treats their staff right, as it is evident in their contact and manner while working with customers.
