Has the husband of a woman who was ripped off by this place, she didn't appreciate being charged $400 for incomplete work that they signed off on as being complete, or having another $800 worth of work done without her approval after trying to give them a chance to make their first mistake right. I told her to have them pull the tires that they put on without approval because I'd rather pay $100 more elsewhere than let this place get away with these types of shady practices. The service manager seemed to me like a rude crook, and we'll never go back to this place again until he's replaced.
