  Bella is an amazing employee! My son loves coming to the carwash and she us always so excited to see him! Big waves thru the window and even coming out to say hi! Amazing service and one of the reasons my son loves coming here!

  Friendly cashiers. They always let you know what kind of deals are available was greeted by a young female employee who gave a dash board wipe. She had a big personality and was delightful to visit with

  Absolutely awful! I used to have a membership with them then cancelled. I went in for a one time wash and now am being charged $50 a month for a membership in never signed up for or got information about. They are very sneaky and will do whatever they can to take your money and keep it. Do not recommend especially this location.

  I purchased my 2025 RAV4 brand new off the lot in December and it currently has less than 10,000 miles on it. I recently visited this location for a car wash. Following the wash, I was detailing the interior when I discovered multiple scratch marks starting from the left side of my headlight all the way to my trunk. There was no damage to the right side of my vehicle. I filed a claim, because I know with 100% certainty that the scratches did not exist prior to the wash. I was told I would receive a phone call within 72 hours. I never received a phone call. However, I did receive an email rejecting the claim stating that these damages could not be caused by their materials, that I was “off-center” so there was no way that their materials could have scratched the left side of my vehicle because of it, and that there was no evidence to suggest that these scratches did not exist prior to the car wash - all based on video footage. After requesting the footage multiple times so a third party could review the material, the response I received was that their staff feels confident in their answers and will not be changing their decision and that I could file a claim with my insurance. During the email process, I also requested a full refund and for my membership to be cancelled (that I signed up for that day!). That request was ignored in every email sent. I will continue to request one, and will take it to the corporate level, until I get a refund. The only damage that I have on my vehicle is minor hail spots, and a door ding. All of this was disclosed at the time of the claim. Their denial is egregious and belittling to customers. As customers, we do not know who is reviewing the footage and what their professional expertise is and that’s a serious issue. I will be contacting my car insurance, o long with the Better Business Bureau as there are several things inconsistent with this process and their business. To add, my car was still extremely dirty after choosing the highest membership option. The only plus to this car wash is the mat washing machines. Otherwise it’s not worth your money. 0/10 do not recommend. Shady business practices and their washes will damage your vehicle.
