  The "tire scrubber" on their car wash somehow managed to cause damage to my passenger sideskirt and they offered me 2 months free...a $100 value...as compensation. Obviously, I will never risk taking my car through that wash again. If you have a sports car, or any car with an expensive paint job, avoid car washes...

  BEWARE: If your vehicle has a “shark fin” style antenna on the roof their equipment can rip it off completely. And they will not cover it because in their exclusions it’s called out specifically. Mine was ripped off a 9 month old GMC and they took 3 days to respond saying “sorry but it’s not covered”. I would advise cancelling your membership and going elsewhere. We’ve been with Charlie’s for years and never had an issue. A few washes at Tommy’s and I have over $400 in repairs. They know their equipment can cause this so they put it as an exclusion. Check out their BBB profile for more examples. I got a one word denial from Matthew after 3 days of waiting for nothing. Huge mistake trusting this shiny new brand of car wash in KC.
