  We were visiting from out-of- town when we had a rock chip the windshield. The team in KC was able to repair the spot while we were there and even got us in a little earlier than scheduled. Thankful!

  Didnt have a good experience with being rescheduled and not notified and not given a reason. But the day of service(when it finally came 2 weeks later) my technician Cameron was super informative and quick. He called to let me know what time he would be arriving and had shown up even sooner than stated. Great guy super nice. It was extremely hot that day too. Couldn't be me out there. But im glad he did.

  I had some hiccups with my initial appointment, long story short it wasn’t ever scheduled when I called to have it scheduled. I drove up to Safe Lite’s Olathe location to discuss what happened in person and received the best customer service anyone could ask for. They went out of their way to get me scheduled the next day. Brandon was my installer, and he went out of his way to apologize for the hiccups the day before, and had my windshield replacement and calibration completed in a very timely manor. Brandon was very personable and showed that he cares for every customer he has at Safe Lite, which is rare to find nowadays. Kudos to Brandon and team, keep up the excellent work!

  Was referred to Safelite from my insurance company after a rock craft our windshield. The process of setting up the appointment was easy. Great communication on what to expect and when the technician would arrive. Technician was great friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived, I was leaving in for an appointment when I returned an hour and a half later the job was done. Would definitely recommend them if you crack your windshield.

  When you come in, they state 2.5 hours for window replacement. This is not an exaggeration, but it is the minimum. I waited for hours longer. The person behind the counter would not state what is going on, would not provide an ETA, interrupted me when I asked, and was borderline belligerent. It was as if I was inconveniencing me, that his team was not delivering on its claim. This is not a customer-focused business. Maybe if they can install at your house, but never going to this location again. There are better alternatives elsewhere in KC. Modern cars have cameras that see through the windshield and this requires "recalibration". Turns out that this store doesn't even have the software for many common cars, so if that happens, you can wait for hours more. This is because they won't work on other cars, even while they are in a stand still waiting for software. I guess if there's not many places, you can do whatever you want.
