- MFMelinda Fraser4 days ago2.0This has been my go to for the last 4 to 5 years never visited anyone else only this location… I say that cause after today, I’m not sure I’ll be visiting this location again. Very disappointed in the service. Very kind guys, but not sure they know a lot about mechanics. They put too much oil in my car and then had to drain some of it out after I told them repeatedly how much the car takes, which was 5.1 quarts. I always bring my own supplies up to including oil filter, air filter, oil, and windshield washer fluid. Upon leaving I checked the oil and It still had a little too much. (Went above the full line). Not happy at all. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. Please train your Techs better.
- TTTamara6 days ago1.0Didn't take off the coupon off my price. Then said he would put antifreeze in the make up for that. Acted like he did it. But lied. Started driving the car on the high way and it got extremely hot. Then went to the auto store and had to let it cool down and looked and found it was bone dry. Filled it up and not a single issue. So they lie and over charge.

The crew was great and the technician who actually ended up doing the work on my car did a quick job and was very courteous. He answered all my questions. I will definitely come back the next time I need service done on my car.
