  This is my first time coming here.I received excellent customer service from Raymond at the 119th/Ridgeview Olathe, KS location. He was knowledgeable & professional, but most of all he was kind n courteous which is very important to me.   Been coming here for a couple of years. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, so no reason for me to change. Went in yesterday and worked with Raymond. Extra friendly, spent time asking questions and explaining things. Great experience.

  Raymond, Riley, and Zack were amazing! They went above and beyond for both of my filters! And didn’t even try to “up sell” me!! They even wiped the dirt off my dashboard that they did not put there! I will for sure be back, gentlemen! Give these men a raise!

  Went in for a basic oil change and everything seemed fine. Within 10 minutes of leaving, the check engine light came on. Brought the car right back and the tech checked the codes and said there was a fault for one of the O2 sensors. Upon inspection, he determined the air box had been reinstalled incorrectly by the previous tech. The tech said they fixed the air box and everything should be fine. The next day the check engine light came back on during our 5 hour drive to South Dakota. We returned to town the following day and the check engine light was off. We brought it into the shop anyways, knowing it had been on the prior day. The shop indicated there was no code for the O2 sensor now but we opted to replace it to be on the safe side. The shop neglected to tell us they did not have the sensor in stock until they had already removed the existing sensor, so we had to wait a few hours for them to get the sensor and replace it. After all of that, the check engine light came back on but this time they said it was for the mass air flow sensor. They did not offer an explanation for this nor did they discuss fixing the issue. They tagged on an undiscussed diagnosis fee and told us that they reset the code and everything should be fine. The check engine light returned again within 24 hours, at which point we decided to take it to the dealership instead of continuing to allow this shop to touch our car. The dealership confirmed that the air filter and box had been reinstalled wrong and that we likely never needed to replace the O2 sensor or anything else. It's my fault for not taking it to the dealership as soon as the check engine light came on, knowing we've never had an issue with this car before. However, I tend to want to trust people know how to do their job and the second tech seemed to be knowledgeable, unlike the first guy who was newer, and the last guy who just seemed to want to get the car out of their shop. It appears to me that their newer techs work needs to be checked by an experienced coworker before cars are released back to the customer. Perhaps all of this could have been avoided, including the several hundred dollars we spent unnecessarily.
