  These guys (Nick, Jake, and Graham) are so easy to work with. Informative, polite, and quick. Top notch customer service and our Mercedes Sprinter van worked great to get us to a cruise out of Galveston. We won’t hesitate to use this location again.

  ***UPDATE*** Julian reached out to me today, 4/22/26 and was super nice and helpful! Julian is the branch manager and turns out, he was the one that helped me when I originally rented the truck! Here’s what happened…I attempted to extend the return time using the app. Because the hours listed the branch being closed Saturday at 12, I couldn’t extend the time with the app. App message saying I needed to call and provided the 800 number. (See below for conversation) Julian let me know he would have easily, happily, and absolutely would have accommodated my needs, had I called the branch! Unfortunately, I was directed to the customer service line. I hope this review is helpful to those that find themselves in a similar situation!! Julian went above and beyond and I WILL 100% rent with Enterprise again. Thanks, Julian The 2star rating I gave for this review is unfortunate. I will come back and update the rating, pending a resolution from Enterprise. Unfortunately, this particular rental facility operates with M-F 8-5 Sat 8-12 and Sun closed. No after hours drop off available. When booking this rental online, nowhere was it mentioned that after hours drop off was unavailable. My rental agreement ended noon Saturday. Unforeseen circumstances delayed the project two hours, preventing the truck being able to get returned by noon Saturday. I called, of course, to communicate and let them know I would need to extend a bit. Was told no after hours drop off available. Ok fine. I guess rent for another day. Nope. Location closed Sunday. Had to pay for two additional days. Had the truck back 8:00AM Monday morning. I rent from enterprise a few times a year. Not a ton, but enough to be familiar and comfortable with enterprise so much so that I’m a loyal customer and only rent with enterprise. That being said, I’ve had to drop vehicles off after hours and never having an issue. This location is completely different, renting trucks and big trucks only. I wasn’t aware of the hours. I get it. Shame on me for not paying attention. However, even though I was late, it did not prevent them from renting this truck to another customer. There was no revenue lost. The truck sat in my driveway the same as it would have sat on their lot. I am waiting to see if enterprise will refund the two extra days. The employee working the front desk was awesome! Very nice, down to earth, and easy to work with. The truck was absolutely perfect and beautiful! It was a 26 3/4 ton Silverado with 60 miles on it. The rental included 600 miles but anymore would have additional charges . I drove less than 50. I’m hopeful I’ll be able to update this review to 5 stars and include their response.

  I really wanted to be able to leave a good review for this rental. However, as things progressed, more and more issues came up that could not be ignored. When I first set up the rental, we were supposed to get it from Lee summit and I got a phone call saying that I had to go to the Olathe location, which is a much farther drive for us. I was not excited about the extra long drive, but it is what it is. I had schedule to pick it up at noon but the Olathe location closes at noon so that would have been impossible to do so we showed up a little early. When we picked it up, we were surprised by a extra $300 deposit that we were not told or aware of ahead of time. The manager was the one that gave us the rental and offered to split up the payment so that we didn't have to pay out so much that day. He said that he would call me halfway through the trip to pay the other portion and it could be paid with just our debit card. It did not have to be the credit card on file. I never heard from him so I called the next day and when I did, I was told that that was incorrect, it had to be paid with the card that was on file. They could not take any card information over the phone. When I returned the van to the lee summit location, we were told it was going to be more than what we had been quoted originally, but they didn't know why. They told me I had to reach out to the Olathe location to find out what the extra charge was for. When I called them, they said it was because I picked it up earlier than I scheduled. So they charged me for another day. The guy that I talked to about it said that he would talk to his manager about what they could do about reimbursing me and he would call me back. A week later I still have not heard anything from them and when I try calling them, I'm waiting for over ten minutes for someone to even pick up the phone. Instead of hearing back from them, I received another charge for the toll roads that we drive through, which was warranted, but was charged to my card with no warning. On the top of all of that, there is such a thing as crosswind assist on the Sprinter van and that thing is, the most terrifying thing I have ever experienced. It is supposedly a safety feature that keeps you from drifting into the other lane when there's a high crosswind. How it prevents you from doing that is it locks the front and back tire while you're driving down the highway at 65 miles an hour. Nobody told us about this feature and we were blindsided by it, and it is extremely scary when you're driving and all of a sudden, your van just breaks out of no where on a highway. We will definitely not be using enterprise ever again in the future. If you choose to use them, please be aware and pay attention to your bill.
