  No complaints on this location at all. The staff is welcoming and easy to work with. Only thing that could be better is more staff to help customers. With the staff they have, they will go out of their way to make sure that the customer is happy. I Needed a car immediately due to my daily being left at dealership because it had problems. This is the location I go to all the time to rent vehicles. They are an Extremely busy place and I definitely recommend reservations and Patience. Most times they could have you out of the office within 15 minutes with no problems at all. Sometimes it takes longer. It’s not intentional and I know that. But you gotta give them patience cause they’re doing this all day. I have never been rejected for a vehicle ever due to not having a reservation ( Extremely large events, excluded). You don’t always get the car of your choice but I would say 8 times out of 10 you leave in vehicle. Me giving 4 ⭐️’s is a my best I can give because I don’t give five stars to anything. Nothing is perfect without some kind of delay.

  Rented for the first time through work was convinced to rent myself after for about a month these guys will work with you they are very kind and always trying to make sure to get you the best bang for your buck

  Reserved a car online but no cars available upon arrival. Enterprise needs to update availability on their site so they don't waste customer's time and money ubering there, leaving with no car. I spent an hour calling around to check other locations as they don't have a good way to check inventory. They offered a 15% off once I complained and asked for it, but seems low for someone who frequently rents with enterprise/national.

  Enterprise could have provided a data plan for the Chevrolet Tahoe I rented so that the driving map worked correctly. I currently own a modern Chevrolet that comes with Google Maps. Without a prepaid data plan the maps program is unable to give "real time" traffic updates. Being able to avoid heavy traffic and/or traffic accidents can also help the renter avoid being involved in an accident themselves. I rented a wonderful 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and was forced to use my phone via Bluetooth to get "real time" traffic reports. These newer cars are given better insurance rates because of all the built in safety features. However, some of the safety features were inactive because of the lack of a data plan. Enterprise, please start providing a data plan for your cars. I'm sure you can negotiate a workable cost for your Large company with OnStar and build that cost into your prices.

  At first, I wasn't sure about the car - it was small. :) However, it drove well, was pretty comfortable. The customer service was great, both on pickup and return, even though they were swamped when I picked it up. Good experience overall.
