  I really wanted to have a better experience here, but the whole process felt way more complicated than it needed to be. The staff seemed super busy and hard to track down, and it took forever just to get some basic questions answered about the cars. I ended up waiting much longer than I expected, and the inventory didn't really match what I saw online. It was just a frustrating afternoon and not the smooth experience I was hoping for.
