  I had Burnett put tires on our older Toyota Avalon, and I asked for an alignment afterwards. They called and said that during the pre-alignment inspection, they found that a front wheel bearing had play and would need to be replaced before the alignment. I took the car home and discovered the axle nut had a small fracture and was slightly loose, which would have presented like a worn wheel bearing during inspection. I was impressed by their careful inspection and alerting me to a problem rather than just aligning it and sending it out the door as quickly as possible. Great service and company.
