  They did not clean the car or refill the gas before giving it to me. I also reserved one car class and was given another and they refused to adjust the price so I overpaid with no heads up before. Also they were more expensive. Seems like a scam they pull.

  Worst customer service I have ever had over the phone. No one could help me everyone just kept transferring me they had an attitude the whole time one guy wasn't even in America instead she couldn't transfer me to the correct people since he wasn't even in the United States

  Worst rental experience I've ever had. Had a reservation for a week, when we got there they had no cars. Then they "found one" sad thing is it wasn't in working order! They gave us a broke down car. Then over charged our credit card. We fought with this location and the company as a whole for well over a month. Finally we had so much documentation about the event we had to turn to our credit card company to dispute all the charges. Because the company left us broke down out of town the credit card company ended up reversing all the charges due to the expenses involved with being left stranded and having to rent another car. Trust me when I say just GO TO ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL. These people are running a scam.

  Went to this location because they had the nicest prices but they had the most hassle in renting a car that I've ever experienced I haven't had credit cards in over 10 years and never have I had poor service that I received from this location all because I wanted to pay with my debit card. I will never go back to budget to rent a car or a moving truck Afterwards I walked right into Avis and 5 minutes later I was walking out with a with a car paying by my debit card no extra steps no hassle nice friendly and clean
