- APAnthony PriestFeb 13, 20231.0DO NOT BUY A 4 WHEELER FROM THESE GUYS. We bought a brand new tracker 450. It has had a loud squeak every time its ridden since we bought it. Had the run around with the service department for awhile but finally got it in to be looked at. Was told the rear rotor was warped (from the factory) and needed replaced, however the part needed to be ordered. It took 3 MONTHS to get the part in. The rotor has finally been replaced as of this week (2/13/23) and the squeak is no better than it was before. Now I'm being told that corporate needs to call the techs to advise them how to proceed. Not sure why they can't just take another look and try to re-diagnose the problem. It feels like they are just trying to run out the clock on the warranty so they don't have to fix there mistakes. The quality of the product and the helpfulness and quality of the service has been laughably bad. If I could return this quad for a full refund I would in a heartbeat. I would only ever recommend anything Tracker to people I severely dislike.
