- JRJ Ro2 days ago1.0I loved this location. Until today. I was moved bay to bay 4 times in order to get everyone in the the order they arrived. Still customers were taken care of before me that arrived after me. When all was said and done they were going to send me out the door without checking the lights fluids and such. I can imagine my next oil change will be done by Jiffy Lube. If the staff misses the little stuff I cannot trust them with everything else
- SFshadow flight3 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. The line was short yet it took 15 minutes for someone to come out and greet me. The prices were astronomical. Jiffy Lube's prices are so much better, even for a full synthetic oil change. Not to mention I found out shortly after the service that they are being sued for consistently using the wrong oil in people's vehicles and that oil isn't even up to proper standards even though it says it is! Compared to the Jiffy Lube not even 2 minutes away and closer to the highway, Valvoline has no business messing people's vehicles up. The amount of reviews I see here about people's vehicles getting messed up and needing to be towed is insane! Just go to jiffy lube.

They have great service , obviously they will try to push and do beyond of what you actually need which is a good sign of GREAT service cause it also indicates on future mechanical problems. My only problem was pricing - Well an oil change which I always pay around 100$ for full synthetic and 95$ for changing AC filter? It’s a little bit expensive. Anyways , great service , I always use them.
