The oil change itself was just as good and fast. In total I was only there around 15-20 minutes and everything was still very affordable for an oil change and filter..will definitely be back here for my next oil change.
- CTCarissa Tilton4 days ago1.0I’ve had decent experiences with my oil changes here in the past. I always use a coupon and it’s a convenient location. However, I tried to get my oil changed last week and after I pulled into their weird driveway, there were 2 open bays next to a truck in the 3rd bay; but I couldn’t pull into one of them because “they are closed for maintenance”. Even tho they didn’t look it. I asked how long until the truck was finished and he replied-“At least an hour, it’s a fleet truck. Not sure.” What the?? Then I had to back out of the weird driveway to get back out onto Broadmoor. How about making customers aware of the wait due to 1 bay being used out of 3. Instead of making us do the agility driving course to find out. I then went a few blocks south to Valvoline ALL all of their bays were packed with a wait line for each. Lost money, Jiffy Lube!
