Enjoyed how fast the could get us in. The transparency is refreshing!! Appreciate that we get a text about what they found/estimate then a phone call to talk about it.

They were able to get us in the next day, found the problem immediately, and got it fixed it up before we had a chance to realize we were down a car. Will return in the future.

I’m a long time customer…even before Holly and Jeremy and it’s always a good experience. It can sometimes be costly, but everything is costly in our world today. I’m fine with helping to support this local business, their employees and their overhead so they will be there when I need them. I like the repair warranty and it’s never a hassle. It’s a good feeling to have a shop that you feel comfortable with.

I had a fantastic experience as a new customer at Mission Auto. The liftgate on my Honda CR-V failed after a mishap with a teenager who forced it shut. They quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I was impressed with how fast they got to it and fixed it. I love that it’s a locally owned shop, and the owner Brett was about as kind and professional as it gets. There were several regulars in and out while I was waiting, which was a really good things to see. I will be back for sure!
