  Always fair and knowledgeable! I never get the feeling they are trying to sell unnecessary repairs as I have often experienced with dealerships! I highly recommend this business and have been pleased with their work and pricibg for more than 10 years!

  BMW repairs at dealers are stupid expensive. So you need to frequent your local shops. If you do, make sure you have a very clear and open conversation with the shop before having repairs done. After I recently had the shop perform a few thousand dollars worth of repairs, they then told me it was a silly repair and they wouldn’t have done it. Not sure why that information was withheld before I gave the instructions to go ahead and do the repair. So, just be sure you have good clear communication. I trust their service skills all the same.

  Very happy with this shop. Took my car somewhere else for an oil leak and was quoted $3959 to replace the turbocharger. They said they cleaned around the area and determined it was that. After getting the car back after a very expensive quote, I wanted a second opinion. I wanted a second opinion because the oil I originally found was on top of the engine (not where the turbocharger is) A family member recommended this place and has used this place since 2004. When they diagnosed it, it wasn’t a turbo. It was upper timing chain cover, turbo oil feed lines, and other associated parts for $1794. When I got the car back, the engine was actually cleaned up and leak was complete fixed. THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED THE ENGINE! I was so happy they did what they said and made an honest repair. Highly recommend this place.
