  Horrible experience. Take caution renting from this location!!! We rented a vehicle on a Saturday morning and returned it on a Sunday morning, only signed for a one day rental. They have overcharged me close to $900 and I can't get anyone to call me back to resolve the issue. I've left several messages with Enterprise Corporate escalations (who was very rude and not understanding of the frustration here) and several with the local branch themselves this week. It's been 10 days with no return calls. I will never rent from Enterprise again, this location or anywhere else.

  It seems there have been some discrepancies in the service received from Gabby at this location. When I dropped off the car on the third day, I noticed that I was charged for four days. Not only did Gabby charge me for a fourth day, despite the car being parked on their premises with the keys in their possession, but she also attempted to justify this by citing "policy," which is concerning given the circumstances. It's disheartening to encounter such a practice, especially when it seems unethical and deceptive. Charging for a service not rendered goes against fair business practices and erodes trust between a company and its customers. This kind of behavior is not conducive to maintaining positive customer relationships. Additionally, on another occasion after renting a Porsche, I encountered a significant safety issue with the alignment. The car's alignment was so off that it was pulling me off the road, posing a serious safety risk. It's worrying that such a critical safety factor was overlooked when the car was leased to me. Furthermore, on both reservations, the fuel level was not at full capacity as expected. The tank should hold 556 miles, but on my last two reservations, I received the car with a tank that only provided around 500 miles. When I raised the issue with Gabby, she mentioned something about fuel efficiency, which, from my understanding, doesn't directly impact the actual volume of the tank. It's concerning that someone in her position, dealing with cars on a daily basis, may not have sufficient knowledge in this area.

  Gabby is absolutely the greatest. She went far and beyond to get me what I needed when I needed it. Customer service I'd second to none. Absolutely will recommend her to anyone. Thanks Gabby you ROCK!

  Wow. What an absolute pleasure. Gabby was so extremely friendly when dealing with the booking process. She was educated, informative, and just an absolute true expert. The Maserati was extremely clean and very well taken care of. She had other options, but I chose to splurge a bit. I would definitely recommend this vehicle. Truly, I think I’ll be using gabby in the future. Not just enterprise, but gabby. Thanks so much!
