  I came in with my dog, who is being trained as an Allergy alert dog (staff were not aware). I was greeted with a demeaning tone but let it go. Before I could hand over my keys, Dalton Wilson said, "I'm keeping your deposit, no dogs allowed." I explained that the Troost Ave branch had explained another policy at pick-up. Dalton then backtracked to "only in crates" the second I questioned it, making the policy up as he went. I was calm and reasonable; I was simply pointing out that two branches gave me two different policies. That's a company failure, not a customer one. Instead of addressing that, Dalton was condescending, got snappy, and threatened to charge my card without a proper itemized receipt… I left with handwritten details on a business card instead. When I asked for Dalton’s supervisor, he claimed he was it and dismissed my request, I asked again he pointed to a shorter male who seemed dismissive. So I left, found a corporate number and I'm waiting to hear back from the area director. *** This isn't about a pet fee… it's about being spoken down to and stonewalled for asking fair questions, and Dalton Wilson taking zero accountability. The Troost Ave location has been excellent every time and remains my favorite. This review is specifically about Dalton Wilson, and I'd think twice before renting here while him and the scruffy man are running things.

  The employees at Enterprise were very helpful and professional. Alex provided great customer service and everyone there was hustling to assist people. Highly recommend!

  GREAT SERVICE! They came through big time for us. We had a customer that had to get back to Denver and had to have a full-size GM SUV. The customer went home comfortably in a Tahoe. Highly recommend them!

  Alex & his associates at Enterprise Shawnee were absolutely incredible. Top tier customer service. They were empathetic, went above and beyond to make us feel like our business was a priority. Choose this location for your rentals, you won’t be disappointed!

  We rented a minivan to take a family trip to the beach. The van was great and exactly what we needed! When there was an issue with the final amount charged, Michael - the Assistant Branch Manager- reviewed my calculations and in good faith, issued a refund for the difference. We had great customer service throughout the entire process! We will be back and also recommend this location to anyone wanting to be treated fairly! Thank you!
