  Guys doing great for me. They take care about me very well! I shows up 20 minutes early and they still served me. Experience was amazing! I book BMW, they give me exactly what I want! No issues at all!

  Alex the assistant branch manager is amazing. He takes care of me every time. This branch has a diverse selection and is much closer than the airport location for me. Win win, I only come to this location to work with Alex!

  A standard sedan had been reserved for me by my insurance company. When I arrived it took approximately 10 minutes to sign in as people were waiting for cars. After signing in, I had to wait 40 minutes for a car to be turned in, washed, and wiped down. During that time, I heard an agent comment about complaints by customers that the car smelled like cat pee and it was probably the washer. When I was called up to the counter to get my car, it was a subcompact car, not the standard sedan that had been reserved for me. After being asked about this, I was told there were no other cars for me. The agent gave me no instructions on how to move the seat up or raise it. I was given no instructions on how to adjust the side mirrors. The car had one- fourth a tank of gas. I was not shown where the tank was or what type gas to use. When returning the car, I was told they didn't have any other cars .making the company's supply problem, my problem. When asked why they didn't instruct me on how to use the car, I was blamed for not asking them. Essentially, the company's supply problems become you problem and you.have to take any car you are given, not the type reserved. They also blame you for any problems you may have adjusting to a different type of car. Basically, their customer service is nonexistent. I wouldn't lease from them unless I had no other choice.

  After being rear-ended and unexpectedly having to navigate the insurance and rental car process, I visited multiple Enterprise locations. This location was by far the best experience. While other locations felt more focused on selling upgrades and extras, the team here showed genuine compassion and understanding for what I was going through. They treated me like a person, not just another customer, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Everyone was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the process. A special thank you to Alex for taking the time to call and check on my experience. That level of customer service and care is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you for treating me with empathy during an unexpected and difficult situation. Because of the way I was treated here, I would gladly return to this location and recommend it to others.
