  This was, without question, the worst Enterprise location I have ever rented from. The vehicle absolutely reeked of wet dog from the previous renter, to the point that it made driving unpleasant. I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, and nothing was done to address it. There was no apology, no attempt to offer another vehicle, and no effort to resolve the problem. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not provided with a full tank of gas as advertised. It was only about 7/8 full, yet I was still expected to return it completely full. It’s frustrating to hold customers to a standard that the company doesn’t follow itself. The lack of attention to cleanliness, poor customer service, and inconsistent policies made this an extremely disappointing experience. I expect much better from Enterprise, and based on this experience, I would not rent from this location again.

  My family and I had a emergency to were we had to go to kansas to help my son, on top of that my bank account was hacked, luckily I have 2 other accounts. We had enough money to fly there rent a hotel and a car or so we thought. I have rented cars several times this year through other companies which I wish I would of went to one of those because I know they would of helped me. We were charged a $400.00 deposit even though your policy states if I have a return ticket then no deposit is necessary. Between going back and forth to the Enterprise and the phone calls to Enterprise I literally spent 4 hours total trying to get them to return the deposit so I could afford to feed my pregnant daughter, my son, and my wife. A couple of the people I spoke to on the phone seemed helpful but it all was for not. I ended up having to sell one of my sell phones just so they could eat. Besides dealing with Enterprise we were there for a serious family problem. I will never rent a car from them and hope you read this and you don't rent one either
