  For years, this would have been a 5 star review. And maybe I should have done a review before now. But we all know in business that bad experiences get shared more than good, and I can't say I'm much of an exception here. For years we have been going almost exclusively to Burnett because they treated us fairly and never up sold us on unnecessary stuff. That has all changed since you got a new service manager, Eric. He is pushy. He upsells unnecessary work. He goes way outside of the scope of work asked of your company. Calling my husband to tell him he pulled the carfax and thinks he needs to do XYZ on his car is wildly out of line. This has happened multiple times now with our vehicles and the last visit was the final straw honestly. Unless he's dealt with, we won't return. We used to feel comfortable going to Burnett before Eric. We referred all our friends to Burnett (especially the dozens of incoming soldiers at ft Riley every single week). Now we feel like not only is he going to push us to do work that isn't needed, but that if we say no, we now risk having the vehicle sabotaged in order to prove his point. Please deal with this employee because Burnett doesn't feel like the company it once used to.

  Fast and easy tire rotation! And because I got my tires from them there was no charge! In and out in 30 minutes!

  They got our vehicle in quickly and completed all of the needed services the same day. Prices were a fraction of what the dealership in town was going to charge and the service was twice as friendly!

  I called on a Thursday to get an appointment to have a nail for my tire removed the next day. They were able to get me in quickly. Staff was friendly. Price, wasn’t terrible. If I ever get another flat tire and I am in the Manhattan area this is where I would go.
