  TOLD them about the 2 MARKED screws/nails in my deflating tire. They fixed ONLY 1. Only after 4 objections did they offer to compensate (I declined in place for this honest review). I had a previous vehicle start fire in the same location they worked on days earlier (total loss). Also spent thousands on a vehicle they never fixed to find later (different garage) the head was warped and I wasted a lot of money on several unneeded “repairs”. The List goes on.

  I drove in with a flat tire in the middle of the afternoon and was surprised to have it fixed within the hour. I’ve been going here for years and appreciate their professionalism. I trust Burnetts to get me on my way safely no matter what the mechanical issue is. I recommend this shop.

  Very happy with the friendly service and staff. Austin helped me pick out the right tires for my boat trailer. I told them I would pick them up at 5 pm, they were ready at exactly that time. I will definitely use Bernett again
