  When I inquired, by text, what options Burnett had for us to replace our tires, I recieved a quote in a very short amount of time on 3 different tires. We made a choice and they got us in right away. I appreciate that I was able to get info and not steered toward or pressured to get the most expensive tires. I am thankful that they were able to do the work so quickly. And I am grateful that the service people were so pleasant and helpful.

  Everyone is always so kind and respectful. They explain things very clearly and when we had an unexpected issue pop up with the service I was having done, they were helpful with trying to get it solved with as little headache to me as possible. I will continue to trust my vehicles with Burnett.
