  Burnett Automotive is hands-down the best! Brooks, my Service Manager, provided top-tier professional service from start to finish. In fact, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my visit. My vehicle was finished exactly on time, and the pricing was excellent. I will definitely utilize them again and again. Don't hesitate—choose Burnett for great service and a fantastic team!

  Yesterday around 7:00 AM on my way to work, I realized one of my tires was completely flat. In a panic and on short notice, I started calling around to local tire and automotive shops to see who could help. On my third call, I reached Burnett’s Automotive on the east side of town, and despite having a full schedule for the day, they got my vehicle in immediately. By 10:00 AM, my tire was repaired and my vehicle was ready for pickup. What made the experience even better was their willingness to coordinate a shuttle ride to and from my workplace so I didn’t have to sit and wait at the shop. This wasn’t my first time using Burnett’s, and like every experience before, they were quick, affordable, honest, and reliable. Every employee I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was their honesty—they easily could have told me I needed a brand-new tire since a screw caused the flat, but instead they repaired it without pushing unnecessary costs or services. I walked away paying less than $40 total, with transportation included. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough for the level of service they provide. Burnett’s Automotive continues to deliver exceptional care, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing trustworthy vehicle repairs or maintenance.
