  Poor business practice, never will I use again !even if its free Appointment booked June 1st at 12:42 pm . Was told one hour . No show so I called at 2:25 . Driver said he was in Junction heading my way be there in 30 minutes will call when close . Approximately 3:33 I called him again . He finally arrived at 3:41 . Obviously customers dont count

  As far the towing and recovery portion of the business? Not bad. BUT do NOT, ABSOLUTELY NOT have them work on your car, they put a new fuel pump in my truck and did probably the most shoddiest and awful wiring job I’ve ever seen, and the truck died again from the same fuel issue, AVOID this place like the plague, the owner is also borderline avoidant when it comes to meeting and being transparent. They didn’t fight at all when I asked for a refund so they must’ve been aware they did crap work. It’s a wonder it didn't short to ground and barbecue the whole truck. Their lucky I didn’t take them to court.

  I have to say this is overall the best place to get your vehicle, the prices are affordable, the staff is very helpful, and the selection of vehicles is really great. I would highly recommend them for business, it was a great buying experience and I would do it again and I would refer as many people as I could

  Guy who came was really kind and he helped me with car on the side of the road. He also followed me to the local gas station because I wasn’t so sure if I would make it or not which is really nice of him. I highly recommend this company if you need roadside assistance. They’ll definitely help you out in a pinch.

  friendly tow company. I had my car towed 3 times with no issues and great service. they tow all wheel drive in the manhattan kansas and junction city area for great prices!
