  Keegan, who picked me up from my house to take me to the Enterprise office, was so very nice nice and drove really safely. I had done all of the pre-registration on the app, so getting the car was very easy and fast. The car drove great. Returning it was easy. I don’t remember the name of the nice man who drove me home, but he also drove safely. Everything was great.

  My rental’s electronics went haywire on a multistate business trip. I called this Enterprise as it was the closest to my destination on Monday. I offered to wait until Thursday for a replacement car, and they made a reservation to swap my rental. Thursday comes, I show up, and the guy tells me “I see the reservation in the system but nobody told me about it. I don’t have any cars at all.” I now have to drive an hour and 17 minutes in rush hour traffic with car throwing up all kinds of errors, broken cruise control, and randomly screaming “BRAKE” because the collision avoidance is busted to the nearest Enterprise that will swap out the car, do the paperwork for that, and then drive back here to my hotel so I can wake up at 4am tomorrow. This place is so obnoxiously incompetent. Drive a little further and find an Enterprise that actually cares to take care of its customers… or better yet, go with a better rental company all together.

  I had an INCREDIBLE experience at this location. The staff was very accommodating and extremely quick and professional. I only have great things to say about this location. Thank you so much for making my travels so easy. I will definitely return!!!

  I had such a great experience with Enterprise! I was going through an insurance claim after my car was totaled, and they made the whole rental process so much less stressful. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and always willing to answer my questions. They always picked up the phone, and I never felt like I was bothering them. Their customer service was truly outstanding. I highly recommend this Enterprise location to anyone looking for great customer service. Thank you all for making a difficult situation so much easier. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise again in the future!
