We there trying to get a part for my sister car this young man wouldn't get up to help . Nor did he wanted to do his job .so then a coworker comes in start talking to him forgot what he was looking up for me..so I politely said thank you and walked out ... Poor service and only if that one

Had them replsce the battery in my daughter's car and just spent almost $450 fixing the damage they caused. Broken battery management system and current sensor connector that was ripped apart. I should try to make them pay the bill but it's probably not worth the time and effort it would take. Never going back to this store again.

I had one of the best customer service experiences at the 87th St., AutoZone in Lenexa today. Early in the day I called to ask if they had certain reverse light bulbs and tail light bulbs available for my truck. Later in the evening I decided to go over and get them. Ronnie P. Helped me. His name tag said that he was “manager / customer satisfaction”. He did that at about 200%. I decided to buy both pairs, and told him I was going to take them home and do them myself because I saw a video online. He came outside to make sure they were the right ones.. He proceeded to say “I’ll just knock them out for you.” He installed all four bulbs onto my truck while we carried “on a conversation about how long I lived here how long he lived here, etc. So friendly, personable, and accommodating my hesitation to do it myself! That is above and beyond service in my eyes. Thank you, Ronnie!
