  I waited in line for an hour and a half in Lawrence and finally backed out and left because the whole reason I went there was because it was quick and easy. I got blocked in and couldn't leave when i realized it was going to be a long wait but the cars just kept lining up. Ill be going to a different one from now on.

  Usually I'm never there for more than 30 minutes but yesterday I was there for almost 2 hours😬. Customer service was good and I did have more than my oil changed (tires rotated & new air filter) however the young lady helping me sais about how much time all the services I was getting would take. I was way longer. I do recommend getting your oil changed here however make sure you have a lot of time.

  First time and last time. Never again. Their sign says 15 minute Instant Oil change. I pulled in there with two cars ahead of me got Boxed In by two cars behind me and was stuck there two and a half hours. Never again. Theyy blame it on the short staff but I don't believe that was the problem. I have nothing wrong with women identifying as men but if you can't do the job you shouldn't be there. This place was full of it. Rainbow flags on every tool box. Like I said nothing wrong with that but if you can't handle the job you shouldn't be there. This was ridiculous paid $125 to sit there for over 2 hours. Never again

  I was so very impressed with everyone who was working there were only two people working and they had everything down to a T one was doing something then the other one was working on this. They had a full line of people. I’m sure they were working overtime cause I think it closes at seven and I didn’t get gone till like almost 745 they never complained they kept working to get the Customer seen and that was very impressive and it also seemed like they were having a good time in 100° heat. I would say you have some Great employees. I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated it And give them a raise it’s hard to get good workers now that know how to talk to people treat them right and like what they’re doing

  Absolutely ridiculous wait for an “instant” oil change. I arrived at Valvoline Instant Oil Change at about 1:15 with only two cars ahead of me. The car already in the bay took almost 45 minutes before it finally left. I moved forward one spot and then waited roughly ANOTHER HOUR before it was finally my turn. The worst part was that once I realized how ridiculously slow the line was moving, I couldn’t even leave. Cars had pulled in behind me, so I was basically trapped in line with no way to back out. Long story short, I spent about TWO AND A HALF HOURS there for an oil change from a company that advertises a “15-minute oil change.” If you're running that far behind, at least warn customers BEFORE they pull into a line they can't get out of. Then, after wasting 2½ hours of my day, the bill was around $120. For that price and that kind of wait, I could have gone almost anywhere else. There were plenty of employees around, but the operation was unbelievably slow and inefficient. If you're advertising quick, convenient oil changes, you need to staff and operate the location well enough to actually provide them. There are too many other places to get an oil change to waste this much time and money here. I definitely won't be returning. If you value your time and your hard-earned money, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
