  One of the rare places that's not only local, but provides top tier service and communication. I'm 45ish min from out of town and I got in a collision in the city while traveling for buisness. My front end was caved in and my radiator and coolant was leaking everywhere. Terrifying having your only mode of transport taken from you and in another city. After doing some research though, my buddies and I decided on Pearsons and I was immensely satisfied with their service. Communication through email was simple, and they got back to me within a few hours, and explained all findings and updates with my vehicle as they learned more info and their quote was understandable. I asked them to prioritize function over cosmetics and they were so kind in putting things in laymans terms and looked for the most affordable but safe auctioned items. I really got the sense they were looking out for the best option on my behalf. I was also able to pick up my vehicle on a very flexible time frame "Come in anytime after 1pmish" which worked great for my schedule and ride sharing. Their mechanic/ technicians were very efficent- and when they said they'd have something done, they did. Made this whole process as smooth as I think possible

  We recently had our Lexus repaired at Pearson following hail damage, and the customer service was excellent! Their communication throughout the process was outstanding;they kept us informed every step of the way and provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs. The entire experience was smooth and professional. We highly recommend Pearson for their quality service and attention to their customers.

  I would recommend Pearson Auto Body to anyone looking for quality work at a fare price. The customer service is outstanding and it’s a very different experience doing business with a family owned operation.
