- ABalex benderMay 8, 20261.0I cannot recommend this company. While DUI is expensive, I feel that this company has charged me for just about everything that they could. After they were infamously breached by hackers months ago their customer service has been atrocious. They do not answer the phone in a timely manner, the phone menu is so confusing and clustered, and I cannot hear or understand half of the customer service workers. They sound like they talk on speaker from 15 ft away in a plastic box. On top of this they cannot answer your questions when you ask. I have had to work on my patience every time im on the phone with them because it can be anywhere between 15-30 minutes to figure out the phone menu to recalibrate your device, and the menu will hang up on you randomly. Please avoid at all costs. Go with any other company.
