- DADori AvannAug 21, 20265.0I received great customer service. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable; they made the pick up and return process easy and convenient.
- WOWalms OAug 11, 20262.0They gave us a car that had a leak in the front passenger side tire, but the car was telling us it was the driver side rear. 1 bad sensor. The car's lane change warning system (or whatever its called) would go off every five minutes or so even if we were dead center of the lane, which was quite annoying on a 1000+ mile round trip. 2 bad sensors. The crash light also kept blinking. 3 bad sensors. The car also had a large scratch on the front fender which for a while we thought we did. Good thing we took a video of the car before we left because we were stressing out about what happened to the fender. They could have pointed this out to us before we left, as well as the two spider dings in the windshield. To be fair it was pouring out when we picked it up so they were not very visible. The car was only filled a little over a half tank when we picked it up. Will pass on Enterprise from now on.

They then gave me a car that shuddered violently and intermittently stop accelerating. I was told I would have to drive an hour away to exchange the car at 5 am the next day. The first customer service agent hung up on me when I requested roadside assistance. I spent nearly an hour on hold or being transferred between people who provided conflicting information.
