  Great customer service. Hughes was super helpful in helping us select a comfortable ride for our trip. The whole staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I will always select Enterprise for our rental car needs.

  Stay away from them. I called them and the man who answered the phone said he is not working on reservations. When I went to the office, that person was there and he was actually the one who is making reservations. However, he did not let me rent a car from them on the basis that I did not have a physical copy of a credit card and he refused to stay few minutes after 2.00 pm so I can go and grab the card. I told him that I have already reserved a hotel in my destination city, but he did not care about my financial loss. A lady who spoke with me earlier in the day said credit card is not even required.

  We rented a vehicle last week from Jordan who was very accommodating!!! He gave a large enough SUV for all passengers to feel comfortable for our long journey. Drop off after hours was no problem. Thank you very much for your excellent service!

  I didn’t actually end up getting a rental but no fault of this location!!! My original rental reservation was with Leavenworth and after spending an hour on the phone calling all of the surrounding locations due to Leavenworth being “sold out” I got nowhere until I called the Lawrence location. The gentlemen I spoke to were extremely polite, helpful and courteous. It was no fault of their own as I had to make alternative arrangements for travel but they made sure to call me, leave a voicemail and even follow up to make sure I knew they had a vehicle available. I could be wrong but it seems enterprise’s system is faulted for overselling available inventory not the specific locations. Ben and Jordan were the best and I will go out of my way to Lawrence any time I need a rental as long as they are there ❣️
