- SOStephanie OrrMay 22, 20212.0Twice now we've cancelled a reservation with Budget, simply due to the hoops we have to go through to simply rent a car. They were cheapest on the vehicle we wanted, so we were going to give them another chance, but if it takes a 10 min. phone call and a page of notes on what to bring with you, it's hardly worth the hassle and the headaches. Yes, they are good about calling ahead of time to let you know exactly what's needed, but it shouldn't take so much hassle. Avis and Enterprise have been much easier to work with in our opinion.

- FFFoxy FreshJul 22, 20172.0I have used them twice, and both times I get there and the truck I rented wasn't there so they gave me a "complimentary" upgrade to a larger truck. I didn't need a larger truck. Driving those things is terrifying and had WAY too much space in the back for what I had.
