  Tried to give them the benefit of doubt. Regardless of what other people said. But, it’s all true. Worse dealership in central KS. Do not go there. And this has nothing to do with Morris, as he doesn’t even come to this store in Larned by the way. The manager is the horrible one. Falsifying documents, including my pay when I got my Tahoe. He told me to lie to the bank when they called me. And, when I had issues with it I took it into be serviced and guess what? The lights that had been the issue came back up once I picked it up! I love my car. But, I got scammed out of all my money by the manager from the warranty and all of that because I never got any use of it. Do not come here!!

  Totally shady. I went in yesterday. I've been looking at a vehicle online and communicating with individuals via text message for a few weeks. I finally committed to come look at one and they tried to sell me a vehicle that was broken. When I pointed out that it was broken, the service manager, who was not the salesperson I was talking to originally, came out from the back and started aggressively pushing me to buy the broken car, repeatedly demanding to know if I would buy the car if they could fix it. I asked him to go see if he could figure out what's wrong with it and then he lied to me twice about that then kept trying to push me into buying the car. I told him to give him my keys back to my vehicle and I walked out the door and told them I was going to a more reputable dealership. These people were going to sell me a lemon. I might not be the best most qualified buyer but I'm not an idiot and I know when I'm being scammed and when somebody's trying to run a game on me. I wouldn't trust these people at all.

  I would not recommend Morris Smith Ford of Larned. I purchased a 2018 Tahoe without being able to inspect or test drive it and was told it only needed tires and an alignment. Within less than 3 months and under 3,000 miles, the vehicle had over $8,000 in documented repairs including oil leaks, suspension failure, and engine mount issues. The vehicle was also delivered with a damaged wheel that has still not been resolved. Communication has been poor — the salesperson stopped responding, and while the owner initially engaged, responsibility was ultimately avoided. A proposed solution required a 3-hour drive despite known drivability issues, and a reasonable alternative was ignored. I have full documentation of the purchase, repairs, and communication. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before doing business here.
