Very nice, personable individual working behind the counter (sorry, I forgot your name) but despite being the only person working, he balanced all of his duties perfectly, was extremely nice and respectful, and once it was our turn, we flew through the process and we're out the door in a reasonable amount of time.

Stains were brought to the attention of staff and their response was “that’s just how rentals are”. While we were there , two others also complained about the cleanliness of the cars.
