    I’m writing to share feedback regarding my recent Enterprise rental experience involving two locations one in Kansas City, Kansas and one in Oklahoma. Overall, the experience was okay, but there were some meaningful differences between the two locations that I believe are important to note. First, I want to recognize Jake at the Kansas City, Kansas location. He was amazing. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been consistently “5-star” service. He clearly takes pride in customer service, and it shows in how he communicates and how he works to help customers. My experience at the Oklahoma location, however, felt very different. I did not feel that customer service was their top priority. At times, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff and that they didn’t have time to assist me. Coming from a customer service background myself, that should not be the impression a customer walks away with especially when they’re dealing with an issue during a trip. The main issue occurred shortly after leaving with the vehicle. About 15 minutes into the drive to my first destination, the low oil light came on. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but a maintenance issue like low oil is concerning in a rental vehicle and suggests the car may not have been serviced as thoroughly as it should have been. What was most frustrating was the resolution offered. Rather than sending a replacement vehicle to us, I was asked to drive the vehicle an additional 30 minutes to swap it out. That meant taking a chance the car could break down with my wife and two kids in the vehicle, in Oklahoma heat (around 90 degrees). From a safety and service standpoint, I feel a better approach would have been to bring a replacement vehicle to us or provide a safer, more customer-focused alternative. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a free upgrade due to an issue from my last trip. I did not receive that upgrade because neither location had a vehicle available. I understand availability can be limited, but combined with the other issues, it added to the sense that the overall situation wasn’t handled as well as it could have been. To be clear, this is no fault of Jake he did what he could to help. When I returned the second rental to the Kansas City location, I was hoping Jake would be there because I’m confident, he would have taken care of me. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback. I’m sharing this because I believe the experience could have been handled better, and I hope it helps improve service consistency across locations. I would appreciate any follow-up you can provide regarding the service and resolution approach for the vehicle issue and the missed upgrade. Sincerely, Justin Stinnett

    I Picked up my rental car on 6/23 and the manager at the time help me and explained everything in detail and didn’t miss nothing and i appreciate him a lot he was fantastic even the driver that drove me from the body part place he was great too and respectful and when i dropped the car off on July 1st the person that helped me was very quick and amazing great place to rent a car and will always recommend them I really appreciate every for the help

    I reserved a full size vehicle from this location but when I arrived they did not have one so they decided to place me in a Ram truck. Upon inspection I noticed the truck was not cleaned as well as had balled tires. The assistant manager, Jake was great and immediately called the location on State Avenue and asked for them to put me in a different vehicle. Jake had one of his employees drive me over to the Location on State Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas, where I encountered a gentleman named Drew. He had a vehicle ready, which Was a much smaller vehicle than I had reserved. Upon inspection of the second vehicle I noticed that the tires were also worn. The center of the tire Red at worn down so much that the tires had no tread left in the center and was slick As shown in the picture in which I have posted. I informed Drew and he was very shocked and said that it was unsafe for me to drive that vehicle and placed me in a Hyundai ELANTRA. By this time, this was my third vehicle and I was becoming impatient because I needed to get on the road for a 9 Hour Dr. to Texas because my mother had had a stroke. I took the vehicle even though it had lots of exterior damage and The oil change due alert appeared on the dash. About two hours into my trip, the electrical system went haywire, and then a orange hazard light came on the dash as well as the airbag light. I had my six-year-old son with me so I did reach out to the 800 number which I am assuming this Customer Service and they told me that I needed to call roadside assistance. The lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do and really made me feel like my situation was not important and that she didn’t understand the severity of an airbag light being on in a car. There’s so much more to the story I could go into detail on, but the entire reason why I am writing this review is because when I return the car this morning back here in Kansas, The branch manager, Dalton, James, and the assistant manager Jake Patterson were there. I informed them of my experience and they both represented themselves in what I would call more than above professional standards. Dalton and Jake took care of me and did not even blink an eye. They both were very apologetic and Showed empathy towards my situation. Dalton instructed Jake to take care of me and I must say that I am very satisfied with the results in the way things were handled. I will continue to rent from this location due to the customer service that I received from the local branch and staff at the Enterprise rental car located at 1801 N. 100th Terrace. Once again, my hats are off to Dalton and Jake and their staff. They receive five stars from me! Thanks again, gentlemen! I would also like to add that the young lady who provided me with the ride home was very pleasant and communicative as well as the gentleman who provided me a ride to the State Avenue location the day I picked up my rental! Again 5 STARS to that entire staff!

    Ever since new management, everything has gone down. Definitely need better customer service and you can never get the vehicle you rent because they never have what you reserve. Also you get a vehicle and its dirty inside out and theylloffer a wash but atil dirty on the inside.. Management at this location is horrible, they're young and have the idc mindset. The manager and assistant need more training!!!
