Jake Patterson was extremely helpful with getting my mom a rental car! Thank you for turning our not so pleasant experience at legends enterprise into a great experience with you. Customer service was 10 out of 10! Maybe you should be training the guys at legends! Thanks again Jake !

I had initially reserved a rental almost a month in advance, but when I went to pick it up the car was not available. Not having the car ready for pick up when the reservation was made well in advance needs to be given prompt attention to and swiftly corrected. I was glad that Jake fully compensated us for this hassle and inconvenience though.

Some the worst customer service I've ever experianced. I reserved the car 2 weeks prior. I received emails to pre book the car but the website wouldn't work on two different days. The day of rental I went to pick up the car. My pick up time was noon (mid weekday) I showed up at 12:50 The very young man behind the counter called me a "no call / no show" and in his empty busy office /lot there was not a car there for me. Someone magically rented it out the car I reserved in the last 50 minutes, but if I waited a few hours he would get me a minivan. The whole thing was my fault and Enterprise is like a doctors office when it comes to reservations. I told him it was bs and canceled. Enterprise, your people and practice desperately needs CS training. I will never go back.

*******Renter beware*********** Do not ever rent from this location, they will get you to pay for damage on their car that was there when you rent, If you must rent from the location and this company ensure you take photos of the total car, do not rely on the company to do this. I was charged for damage that was already there, the employee took a picture of the damage prior, however indicated it was not there until the car was returned. The car I had was for warranty on my GMC, and drop off at the dealership, they could not prove they did not damage the car. They are not very honest, and truly believe they are not truthful.
