  Parts department is the worst bought apart. They didn’t have it then they claimed that I can’t get a refund without my receipt when they can clearly see I just purchased it in there computer and then they lie and say about my system won’t let me do it I would recommend go anywhere but there.

  Extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Camping World. The RV was originally listed at $84,000. After negotiating directly with the salesman, we agreed on a purchase price of $75,000. The following day, a different salesman emailed me stating the RV was now priced at $100,000. When I questioned the drastic increase, I was told “corporate” had raised the price due to increased interest and traffic on the website. They refused to honor the agreed-upon price and repeatedly shifted blame to “corporate.” Management later stated the original salesman “did not have authority” to negotiate the deal that was already agreed to. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional, misleading, and felt very shady. If a salesperson does not have authority to negotiate pricing, that should be communicated upfront — not after a deal has already been discussed and agreed upon. This wasted a significant amount of my time and completely destroyed any trust in the dealership and its sales practices. Fortunately, I have all communications and pricing discussions documented in writing. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding the handling of this situation.

  I purchased a travel trailer from camping world on march 31, 2026. They refused to give me a 60 day plate even though statute KSA 8-135b says I must have one to tow my trailer in Kansas. It has now been over a month and I have yet to receive a 60 day or permanent plate. I have called on two different occasions about this and was told it’s still on her desk and will be going out same day. Clearly that hasn’t happened. There are plenty of other camper dealers that won’t give you the run around and I recommend avoiding this place. Let’s not forget the fact that I had to replace parts of the toilet for leaking the very first time I connected water to it after they had told me everything was in working order but only connected power to the unit when I did my final walk through and no water. The lawsuits speak for themselves and I wish I had never stepped foot in their door.

  If I were able to leave negative stars-I would. Do not buy here-literally go anywhere else. Elderly family members of mine purchased a NEW camper in October of 2025. The husband-a decorated Vietnam veteran passed away in February 2026. His widow enjoys time in the camper but is unable to use because the furnace is not working. Camping World will not come look at the furnace and will not even give names of mobile mechanics. Instead, they said to google it or bring the camper to them. 78 year old widow is not capable to take back to the dealership. Unlike Camping World-I will leave you with a recommendation...try Olathe Ford RV. Shame on Camping World to take a veteran's money and not offer any help. He would be ashamed that you fly the largest American flag and do not stand behind its purpose that he so courageously defended.

  I just bought a used, hard side Rockwood pop up from Camping World KC. Salesman/Jeff is Great! Friendly, helpful and responsive to what I was looking for! George R is the epitome of customer service! Professional, kind-has a great laugh-(HE ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU) and took care of me with grace and efficiency! Not last and not least: Maddy in and retail sales: She is kind, Responsive, smart as a whip! and has a very thorough knowledge of her job-including parts and accessories available. Not sure how this youngster keeps all that in her head, but she is awesome!…and unforgettably: Teresa. . . In my 50 years of being an adult in the purchasing market, I have Never met someone more admirable in Any finance department. Kind, personable and sincere. She treats you like a Real Human. Not a ‘mark’, a ‘sale’, another purchase, or even someone she’ll never see again…she treats you like a human. A partner on this earth. Cheers to my time at Camping World with these folks. The picture I shared, notably has the word SERVICE on the side of the building...And that definately describes this location!
