  Our salesman was helpful and personable. When trading in our smaller Campsite for a Winnebago they met the price we needed. Teresa in finance was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Those are the pros. Now for the cons! We drove back three and a half hours that day after making the deal to get our camper to trade because we were told we had to do it before the end of the month. We drove back that next morning to make the trade and finalize the deal. We were there from our noon appointment until 4:00. We spent an hour on the phone with Good Sam. I still can’t believe it required four hours to finalize our deal. The camper we traded for was on the showroom floor and had some issues to be fixed. We were told by our salesman that he would personally see it was fixed by that next day. It wasn’t and not only that, while doing our walkthrough, we found three things wrong with it. The awning was sprung, the couch had a rip in it, and the table extension did not stay up. We personally found all those issues. We agreed to leave it to be fixed. We have called to check up on it, but no one will return our call in sales. We just want to know when we might possibly get our brand new camper to use. Very frustrating! We are very disappointed with customer service and feel like all they cared about was making their quota for August. Buying a new camper is exciting, but having to wait for repairs should never have happened considering they had other campers on the lot. Not sure we will buy from Camping World again.

  Worst place to deal with and homeless people using campers shown one and it had nastiness all over would not negotiate so we went to unlimited fun rv much better.

  Horrible customer service they took my name and number said they call me right back. Been waiting a week for the call. I just took my business elsewhere.

  BEWARE: There is not enough space to list every issue I have experienced with this store. Communication Failures No one answers the phone or returns calls, including the service department, sales staff, and management team. I was repeatedly told that managers and staff were "in meetings," yet my calls were never returned. High staff turnover means something at this store. The finance person and title person originally working with me in March are now gone. Regional Management My concerns were escalated, and I was informed that the Regional Manager would contact me directly. That never happened. Sales and Service Issues It took more than a month to prepare my 5th wheel and address outstanding issues before I could take possession. During that time: - I drove more than an hour to the store on four separate occasions only to find that the unit was not ready. - No one contacted me to inform me that the unit was not ready before I made the trip. - Parts were not ordered when needed, and in some cases the wrong parts were ordered. - No one tracked shipments to ensure parts arrived. - A hole for the hitch installation was drilled in the WRONG location. Title and Registration Problems I have been waiting more than five months for my license plates because the 5th wheel was never registered after my purchase at the end of March. The registration process did not begin until I complained at the end of June. Although the trailer was finally registered in person on July 15, Camping World had the plates in possession and failed to send them to me. Once again, I had to complain on August 4 before any action was taken. Overall Experience The lack of communication, poor follow-through, repeated service failures, and ongoing registration delays have made this one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I do not think all locations are like this because the Grain Valley location seems to be better from my experience. Believe the negative reviews on this store and go to Grain Valley which also has better ratings. I am sure there will be a canned response to my review stating how this is not the level of service they strive to etc. etc. etc. However, they had more than enough chances to fix the situation and correct the way they handled things. The problems at this location are systemic.

  Brenna and the team at camping world have been awesome throughout the entire process of buying our 5th wheel. I so very much appreciate the time and effort put into this experience that has been spent with ALL of the departments involved from service, finance, sales manager, parts sales, installation, mechanical, and walk thru. To everyone involved in this sale I would like to graciously thank and the level of patience and understanding is not overlooked by me. I 100 % recommend this facility the price was on point, the communication outstanding, and the knowledge level has been unmatched this far. Thank you again to everyone.
