  Helpful employees. Found what I needed for the problems with my f350. Helped me with heavy parts to the car. Even came back out with my drink I left on the desk. Thanks again autozone. You have a new customer.

  You always have to wait more than 10 minutes just to get service I literally had my Uber pull off on me & I just needed to grab my battery from getting charged

  Came here today with our commercial information and pin ready to buy a item that was needed for my business and was denied to be attended or to even received my discount for Commercial because none of the ones that were in the store were in charge for the Commercial side and not even the manager on today’s shift was able to even help, even though I have perfect knowledge of how AutoZone works because I worked for you guys for long years. There’s no need to open no cashier boxes or anything when we were paying with debit card. We still told him that he still said there’s no way to do it unless there’s somebody on the Commercial side and there’s nobody there so basically we were denied our service and we were denied our right to get a discount by the manager on duty, which was who took care of us as well he was so pissed off to the point that he also said that he had a long day and that his sister had I don’t know how many flat tires and that he was not gonna have another bad thing happening to like ruin his day when we were only asking for our rightful thing which is just to get attended for Commercial and get our discount so I don’t know if somebody can help with this because we know for a fact that everybody should be fully trained for this if not fully trained then they should have somebody for commercial businesses available at all times the store is open. Adding to this review, I also want to mention that I really need somebody to help because we still paid for our item without any discounts applied at all when we have an account registered with you guys in order for this. I still have the receipt if that is still needed in addition to this, I also wanna mention that the hours of when I went to the store was during the daytime. It was around 1-3 pm in the day please help

  Es pura pérdida de tiempo las personas que según se asen pasar por maneger ni siquiera tienen la cara para decirte las cosas ordene una pieza desde el miércoles ya que me hicieron ir a varias tiendas y no la tenían y ahora que vengo por ella no la tienen y todavía tiene el descaro de decirme que si me devuelve mi dinero todo el tiempo esperando esa pieza para eso🤬👎
